Classic Woodstock cottage in the friendliest neighborhood in Portland! Walkability score is 83. A few blocks from shops, ice cream parlor, Double Mountain brewery/taproom and New Seasons! Help yourself to our organic garden. Hours of kid enjoyment with a trapeze, trampoline and rope ladder in the basement.
Feel like part of the family in our sweet little cottage from the 1930's. This is our family home where we reside, unless we are traveling. Every room is filled
with large windows and gets amazing light. The guest room has a sofa couch that makes out into a sofa bed. Your children don't have to pack any toys. The kids room comes stocked with toys, a train table, book shelf and a hand crafted twin bunk bed made with lot's of love!
The bedroom that is next to the bathroom is a bright sunny yellow with black furnishings. Lots of natural light and optimism for those rainy Portland winters.
There is a large back yard with an herb and vegetable garden in the front and back yard. Help
yourself to seasonal fruits and vegetables from the garden. The unfinished part of the basement has our children's additional play room, which includes gymnastic mats with trampoline, pogo stick, rope ladder and trapeze. The finished part of the basement has a large room with a full
size bed, a couch and is also the children's playroom.
Friendly neighbors on each side with a quiet street atmosphere.
Tons of restaurants and services just three blocks north of our house.
A short walk to Reed Canyon Wildlife Preserve or the Johnson Creek Trail.
You have access to the herb and vegetable garden. Fee free to use condiments and spices, teas, sugar and honey. The laundry station is in the basement. Please help yourself to laundry detergent. The basement pantry is available for additional items like toilet paper and paper towels, if the supplies upstairs run out. The bedroom closets are for your use although the dressers will be filled with some of our clothes too. The iron, first aid kit, and extra toilet supplies are in the hall closet near the bathroom. You will also find additional towels, wash clothes and sheets here too.

Hi. I am Jodie! I love my neighborhood. Everyday I feel thankful to live here. There are so many kind hearted people, tons of families, and lots of pets!
I have lived in the Woodstock neighborhood for six years.
I thrive when connecting people with ways in which we can rely on one another. Currently, I organize weekly nanny shares, routine kid swaps and meal swaps, so none of us feel like we are raising kids without support.
Our house is filled with love and relaxation! I hope you enjoy your stay.
