Unique place to stock up on Nature in the Laurentians region. A rustic cottage located in an open-air center (the shelters of Lake Deméle) with lakes, trails for walking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, fishing, swimming, canoes.
This rustic chalet accommodates 4 to 8 people, in a magnificent maple grove which overlooks, by its large terrace, the Demêlé Lake.
It is a chalet built in wood, equipped kitchen, with running water, solar electricity, toilet and shower. 2 bedrooms cabins (as in a boat!) And a large mezzanine allow sleeps 8 people in total. (4 mattresses for 2 people). Bedding, blankets and towels are not provided (rental possible for travelers passing through Quebec).
This 4 seasons refuge welcomes you warmly during the winter for activities in the snow and pleasantly summer around the lake, in a swimming atmosphere.
An outdoor fire will animate your evenings. A barbecue is available for your meals .. you will enjoy the beautiful terrace overlooking the lake ...
Access to the lake is via a small trail the woods 5 minutes away.
This chalet is accessible by car in summer and winter depending on snow conditions.
$ 900 per week (4 persons, additionnal fee) for the summer period (June 24 to September 5) or 5 nights minimum. 2-3 days possible for last minute booking.

Travelers should enjoy rustic accommodation (but with hot and cold running water, indoor toilets, solar electricity, heating with a wood stove), an environment in the middle of nature, the possibility of not reaching by car directly in front of the chalet if Access is made difficult (heavy rain, snow, ....)

For dog owners, it is important for the cleaning, to pick up all hairs of dogs and accumulated sand (inside and outside). A $ 50 fee may be charged if this is not done.
Dogs should not sleep in the rooms or on the mezzanine. thank you for your collaboration.

Nous sommes une famille de 4, Michel, Anne-Sophie et notre fille Anouk (15 ans) et le petit dernier, Mattéo (4 ans) . Michel est Horticulteur paysagiste et Anne-Sophie est directrice d'une entreprise qui développe un logiciel de gestion de ressources humaines.
Dans nos temps libres, nous créons ensemble un nouveau projet, un centre de plein air dans les Laurentides et nous offrons des hébergements rustiques 4 saisons (2 cabanes dans les arbres, un refuge, un chalet). Ca s'appelle : Les Refuges du Lac Démélé.
Nous avons aussi un petit appartement à louer à Montréal. (quartier Rosemont, parc Molson).
