Exclusive neighborhood of Ranchettes, vineyards and expansive views surround this quiet, secluded Sedona home, yet only 2 miles to conveniences. Artistic flagstone floors, natural wood beams, private fenced yard - patio with the shade of fruit trees. Star gazing ! Two Siberian huskies, and a golden retriever will be in the front fenced yard, lounging around.
Seclusion, quiet, dark skies, and rural ranches is the theme. Your space is sparkling clean, comfortable, and furnished with style. Natural flagstone floors, wood trim, and Brazilian eucalyptus cabinets make this space special.
Upon arriving, turn into the first driveway, the wide open parking area lined with white vinyl fencing. Facing the home, there are 2 buildings. Your room is in the front of the main home. You will enter the gate to your right, and see your glass sliding door entrance, unlocked and waiting for your entry. You have your own private fenced yard with large shade trees. Privacy & space are encouraged for all.

The nights are cool and perfect for opening up the windows for passive solar cooling. Please remember to close them early before the heat of the summer day sets in, so the A/C is not working to cool all of outdoor Sedona! Please don't leave wet towels on the wood furniture. There are no pets allowed in this room. It is a tranquil private ranchette neighborhood, so we prefer quiet voices outdoors. Due to housekeeping, check-out time is 10 AM.
Best day ever: Mountain biking with my dogs and best friends on a brisk fall day, riding the Sedona Bike Park. Everything feels better outside! Surrounded by epic red rocks, 300 miles of single-track, and a quaint community of outdoor enthusiasts, Sedona is home. My favorite travel destinations are the northwest trails and Whistler Bike Park.
