Spend your journey in Atlanta's most coveted neighborhood, Ansley Park. Central location, well served, incredible parks, restaurants, shopping. Very safe and peaceful location, inside the stunning modern house of an Italian architect. Incredibly elegant setting. Two private rooms and a private bathroom, with three single beds. Limited access to kitchen. Coffee. Laundry. Internet. No smokers.
Your rooms are quiet, clean and very welcoming. I personally meet and greet my guests, making sure that they are comfortable and that they feel right at home.
The entire house is accessible to the guests except my sleeping quarters - master bedroom. I offer limited access to the kitchen, for coffee and an easy meal not involving the use of pots and pans. A microwave is available.
Interazione con gli ospiti
I pledge to assist my guests with most of their needs and with detailed information. I offer rides and transportation inside city perimeter, limited to my work and social schedule. Guests are quite welcome to join me on my outings.
Altre cose da evidenziare
My cats are young and they need to remain in their space. Guests must be careful in not letting them out.
I tend to prefer quiet and respectful characters, professionals or well-travelled explorers and tourists. There is no smoking allowed in the house, no heavy perfumes, and no loud music or TV. Guests are required to be neat and clean after themselves.

I am an Italian architect and a business investor. Art collector and musician, I live alone with two young cats. I was born in Italy. I came to the US for my graduate studies and I am an Ivy League graduate. A foodie, I have a deep knowledge of some of the most well-kept secrets in Atlanta in regard to restaurants, art galleries, parks, recreational facilities, bars and amenities. I play volleyball and take long walks to the nearby Piedmont Park. I am the president of the Atlanta's Italian Club, and I am fond of international relationships and cultural exchanges.
