Laid out on three levels, entered through the hallway of a Georgian house on the Quays.
Double-height sitting room with kitchen and dining areas .
Two bedrooms and bathrooms above.
Can be two doubles or double and twin (let me know which) + sofa.
Dublin's Quays were laid out by the Duke of Ormond in the 17th. Century.
Our place is located in the centre of the block behind an original house which has been remodeled pretty much every hundred years. It is directly across the Liffey from the Clarence Hotel (U2's one!) and Temple Bar.
Smokers, there is a small terrace at the top level.
There is no smoking in the unit.

I am normally knocking around town before school pick up time - my kids are in a primary school housed in a Georgian house nearby. Otherwise, I live beside the Phoenix Park, not too far away and I'm happy to help show off the city I love.
Altre cose da evidenziare
The bedrooms are generally very quiet -no traffic noise or street shenanigans. Much of the structure is up to 300 years old, so you can expect to hear the neighbours downstairs. The water pressure is low - don't expect a vigorous shower, (I will try to upgrade in the very near future). The place is located beside the "Tea Garden", which is a cool place to hang out if you want to drink unusual teas and smoke shisha- this accounts for the ambient music and smell of incense at the street!
No smoking within the unit.
No parties please.
No noise outside at night.
Check ins after 9 pm can be accommodated only by special request.
Guests are required to respect the dwelling, it's contents, and it's neighbours. The structure, finishes and all items included in the letting, are to left intact, in the same condition as prior to the letting, subject to normal use. Any breach of the above will lead to additional charges/loss of deposit proportional to that breach.
Quiet, happy pets welcome.
