Our family of 5 stayed in this cute suite for 3 nights in July. The suite was clean and perfect for our needs. There are 3 (URL HIDDEN) queen and 2 doubles. The master bedroom is very nice and quite large. There is a small living room and a sunroom with a map and tourist information. The kitchen is well-equipped, with even a washer and dryer, and is quite modern. There is a small balcony off the back, which we did not use. The bathroom is small and has a tub/shower. This is an older home with furniture that is older and well-used. However, it was comfortable and clean. Francois was great!! He met us when we arrived, and spent time explaining the area and recommended several local restaurants, etc, and provided walking directions to the ferry. He was very kind and accommodating to any special requests and responded quickly when we had questions. He was a great host!! Levis is a wonderful community and a perfect location for touring Old Quebec. The suite is located a short 10 min walk to the ferry which takes you directly to Old Quebec. The walk back is mostly uphill, but was enjoyable for us. The ferry cost is only $3.25/person and we loved sitting on the top deck...the view of Old Quebec is spectacular, especially coming back home in the evening with the Frontenac lit up across the water. We also enjoyed (URL HIDDEN) enchanting community with many old buildings and beautiful walking/biking trails, bordering the river. Be sure to try out our favourite ice cream/chocolate store. The chocolate dipped cone is the best we've ever tasted and we enjoyed walking there in the evening...worth visiting Levis just for this!! The only caution is there are a number of stairs to climb leading to the (URL HIDDEN) problem unless you have difficulty with stairs ...and the suite seemed to have a slight lingering smoke smell, although it is a non-smoking apartment. Airing it out definitely helped. We loved staying here and it was a perfect location for touring Old Quebec...would definitely stay here again!! Thank you, Francois!!
