Amazing newly developed 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house conveniently located near the buzzing hub of Kings Cross in the centre of London.

Spacious luxury 3 bedroom and 4 bathroom house in the centre of London near Kings Cross. Please note that entrance is on the ground floor, where kitchen/living room area is. It is a three-story house with bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, reached via stairs. There is no elevator in the house.

The house is in Zone 1. Please note it is a 10-15 minute walk from King's Cross, one of London's main transportation hubs.

The house has been furnished to a high standard throughout with all modern conveniences including: high speed wifi & wired broadband,

The large master bedroom (king bed) has 1 empty closet and an en-suite bathroom.

The two double bedrooms are also very bright and a good size, both have their own bathrooms.

The sitting room has two couches however we do not provide bedding etc for them if you want to have more than 6 people stay.

The property is professionally cleaned before/after each stay and arrangements can be made for cleaner to visit property during your stay (for a fee).

We will provide clean bedding and towels for 6 guests.

Please send us an inquiry before making a booking - This is to ensure that the entire flat is vacant!

Train / Tube: 10-15 minute walk from Kings Cross (mainline, circle, victoria, picadilly, northern, hammersmith, bakerloo)

Bus:
-1 min walk (390)
-5 min walk ( sq foot refers to the internal area of flat.

Please Note that whilst we do not provide breakfast, you are more than welcome to make use of all kitchen facilities.

Please note: We do not offer cable TV, however, there is an Apple TV available for your use. All you need to do is sign in with your personal Apple ID to enjoy movies and series and all that the device has to offer.

Appartamento nuovo e ben arredato. Ampie stanze e fornite di tutti i servizi. Stanze calde anche in inverno. Posizione strategica vicina alla stazione metropolitana di King's Kross in una zona residenziale ma fornita locali. L'host è stato disponibile per il check in ed il check out. Un piccolo disagio fornito da un cementificio accanto che alle 08:00 in punto causava forti rumori di lavorazione.

No tiene malas comunicaciones, pero hay mucho ruido por el paso de trenes (justo al lado). Además de tener humedades, los muebles de la cocina están rotos y las cortinas también por lo que deja pasar mucha claridad y no dejan dormir bien. El sofá tenía agujeros de cigarros.

This three-bedroom apartment is around a 15min walk from King's Cross Station, and is not far from some great restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself is big and fine for a night or two, though a little rough around the edges (bulbs gone, shower that floods, no door on the dishwasher, wonky ironing board, cheap furniture). It's also very loud in the mornings as the bedrooms face the train tracks and a nearby cement factory. Also, the bedroom blinds don't work very well so the rooms get very bright in the early morning. So overall it's fine but if you're a light sleeper I'd consider looking elsewhere.

We really liked this Airbnb apartment. The room was very spacious and 5 adults and 1 toddler had more than enough room. Everything was tidy and quite clean when we arrived. They also provided a baby cot which was very nice. The communication before our arrival was very friendly and always quick. There were some thing that could be improved though: They didn’t have any bigger pots or pans which was a bit of a problem if you want to cook for 6 people. Also the window in the smallest bedroom did not open. And the doorbell doesn’t work so I had to call Residently from my German mobile so they could inform the cleaning lady that we were at the door. Furthermore there were some water damages on the ceiling in the living room which didn’t look nice and the panel of the dishwasher was missing. Nevertheless, we overall enjoined our stay and the location was awesome.

We enjoyed a short break in London. The apartment is in a great location for getting around. Having the extra bathrooms was great for getting everyone ready without hanging around. If your a light sleeper I would recommend bringing some earplugs as the flat is very close to the railway line and can be fairly noisy. Great value for money.

This is a terrific place to stay. The house is great, with spacious accommodation for our party of four. It's walkable, if you don't mind just under a mile - but there's a lot of buses close by and Uber is £5-6 to King's Cross when you're just feeling a little lazy. The train noise is there, but it's more of a white noise when trying to sleep. Rooms are big, bathrooms nicely sized, and communication with the team is great. Will stay again in the future.
