To be completely honest, you were by far the worst guest we have ever hosted! You and your family checked in around 11pm and were making lots of noise, and the following morning you called us and showed such blatant disrespect saying that you didn't like the place and complained about everything in the unit. You booked the place based on the pictures you saw and description you read. So I really did not understand why you were complaining (we have never been accused of inaccuracies in our listing). But we understood that you're entitled to your own opinion so we told you we would provide you with a 100% refund and you were welcome to find another place to stay. But no, you decided to stay. To be honest, considering that you just joined airbnb in March, I'm willing to bet you're one of those travelers who expects a 5 star hotel treatment for a fraction of the price. The only reason you spoke to airbnb is because we called them to assist you in finding alternate lodging since you flat out told us you did not like the place. But apparently, you told them you wanted to stay so they asked us to continue accommodating your stay to which we obliged. We could have easily cancelled your reservation, but we're not those kind of people. You give tourists a bad name and make us not want to continue opening our home to travelers.
