Guests will be provided with a key fob to have access to all amenities that the condo owners have, the heated pool, pool chaises, garden seating area, lobby seating area, library, outdoor loggia, and laundry facilities. I am readily available if you have any special requests or need assistance to make your stay comfortable. If you need me to be there to greet you when you check in let me know in advance and I will try to be there personally. There is a security person at the lobby desk 24/7, which makes late check in no problem at all. There will be a helpful book in the condo with a list of local restaurants, ice cream parlors, newspaper sales, grocery stores and things to do locally. Or help where to locate the best business centers & shipping stores nearby. A FREE TOWN OF PALM BEACH parking permit placard will be provided when you check in to allow for unlimited parking (subject to specific conditions) in designated spaces on the east side of Bradley Place between Sunset Ave. and Sunrise Ave and parking spaces on Royal Poinciana. No other condos provide the free Town of Palm Beach parking placard with its own designated map. There is also free on-street parking in front with restrictions & a map will be provided for that area by the doorman.

The Palm Beach Hotel was built in 1926 in the style of Mizner. The condo has been updated in the 1980s, but it is definitely vintage. For those of you who appreciate landmarked architecture, you will love this condominium building, and will feel like you have gone back in the time of an old elegant Florida.
The condo is kept in immaculately clean condition for a vintage historic landmarked condo. Please take care of our condo & leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. Normal wear and tear is expected, but please don't leave any unreasonable cleaning for the housekeeper. All stays over one week will be provided limited maid service and change of linens at no additional charge. The maid is expected to be admitted to perform her duties, at a convenient time to the guests. This also applies to regular maintenance appointments.
At the time of booking, please provide me with the names of all guests, including number of children, that will be staying at the hotel, so that I can provide the proper amount of supplies during your stay.
The AIRBNB account holder will be required to register with the front desk upon arrival with a driver's license or Passport. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE that the building is a condominium and not a hotel, so please do not expect the doorman at the front desk and management to treat you like a hotel guest. They will try to answer your questions as best they can and take deliveries for you, but if you feel they are not able to help you, please call, email or text me, Melanie, the Owner, personally and I will be able to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
