L'alloggio

This Georgian terrace is 165 years old, with 240 meters square of living space, not including the three outdoor living areas.
As you enter the front gate you are greeted with the first of three outdoor entertaining areas, which includes bench seating and wood burning BBQ.
Enter the residence to find a superb living area not found often. Huge proportions, vaulted ceiling, open fire, original 160 year old floorboards, bright and light feel from light filtering in through the glass doors and abundant windows.
Downstairs in the cellar is a character filled retreat with huge flat screen, open fire, original convict bricks and sandstone walls. This room is also suited to a forth bedroom, with 2 single beds or joining as a double bed, your choice to suit your needs.
To the rear of the house is a bright study, the width of the house leading you to either the courtyard or kitchen.
Off the kitchen in a glass atrium style dining area, beautiful dining table for any meal from a sunlit breakfast to an intimate starlit dinner.
The second full bathroom is to the rear of the ground floor, including a shower and toilet with new basin.
On the first floor up original wooden steps is the master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom also with a queen bed, master bathroom and dressing room, all connected by a huge landing. The master bathroom has a bath and dressing room has double basins.
Upstairs in the attic is a King bed (or two King singles), en-suite with toilet and shower plus an entertainment area.
The plants outside the house need watering every 2 days (Stag horns each evening), if you are not able to do this please let me know so alternative arrangements can be made. The Stag horns are new and need an evening drink to help them propagate, if this is not possible a neighbour may assist.
The rear area and driveway is a right of way, so do not be alarmed if you see the neighbour driving through ☺

- Please advise email addresses of all adults when booking is confirmed. None of the information you add like the email invites is privy to me. Only this message thread is. You need to add the email addresses of all adult guests, to the message thread so a house manual can be sent to all.
Arrival time MUST BE GIVEN also at time of booking.
Also if you wish to check in early you will need to book the day before as it has proven too difficult with my work schedule to accomodate bag drops etc. I would love to accomodate these needs but need to keep expectations realistic. If the cleaners are there they can not be responsible for others belongings as they have enough to manage. Whenever it is possible to accomodate these changes in check in and check out times I will gladly do my best to help.
Although the terrace is situated on the bustling Crown Street, we are amongst a pocket of residential dwellings. Please make yourself at home and be mindful and respectful of my neighbours'. We are great friends, who respect each others property privacy and also look out for misuse and mishaps. So, please no parties or events during your stay. No unregistered, unlisted persons to be on the property at anytime. This home is a great place to enjoy and relax. If you are looking for a party venue, functions centre, drop in place, meeting spot, work venue etc, this is not the place for your stay.
A back to base alarm is in place and as an insurance stipulation it must be used at all times when not in the house.

Please advise if baby needs are required as they are not on premises.

Great space. Lots of room. Clean and just as expected from pictures. Close to everything and host was great and helpful. Lovely and warm everywhere with great heating. The Winery across the road is a must see.

The house is really big enough to host our 9 adults. The location is good and convenient for tourism and shopping. And we really love the kitchen, which has everything we want! I've recommended to my friends.

This is the second time I have stayed at this place. It is beautiful, spacious, and in a really great neighborhood. We were able to try a new restaurant almost every night, and were a beautiful 30 minute walk from the CBD. Coco was kind, communicative, and very clear, making sure that the property is in perfect condition before arrival. She took the time to meet with me and go over the house despite her busy schedule. She even wrote a kind note welcoming me! She was also extremely understanding and accommodating when I had to leave earlier than initially planned. I highly recommend this BNB and will absolutely stay here again.

房子的地理位置不错,用opral卡乘公交车非常方便。厨房设施齐全,适合中餐。但是娱乐室其实是地下室,床很窄小。卫生间的淋浴室都非常小。我们入住时床单和毯子还都是潮湿的。

It is really a nice trip and Coco's house is definitely comfortable for 8-10 people. Coco is nice and easy to contact in all situations. Thanks for everything.

This is a perfect place for inner city life. We stayed at Coco's large home and felt spoilt! Spoilt by her generosity and we particularly loved the night life and great shops close by. Perfect place for relaxing and having a family catch up. Very close to the city and great access to public transport. We would recommend to those who want to 'feel at home'. Thanks Coco!
