This cozy Apartment rests on the 3 rd floor. This apartment can accommodate maximum 6 guests. It has 2 Air-Conditioned bedrooms each comes with a double bed and extra mattresses are provided.
The living room has a sofa-cum-bed and a chair that can be used by the guests. There is a small tea-poy too, and a 32” LCD TV that has Tata Sky network. The living room opens to the balcony that has a great view of the complex and also of the pool. There are 2 plastic chairs that the guest can use to sit and relax here.
There is NO dining table provided at the property.
The kitchen area is separate. It has a Samsung Single door fridge, Prestige Induction hot plate. Aqua guard water purifier, Prestige sandwich and a hot water kettle. Besides this the kitchen has basic cutlery. There is LG washing machine as well.
The Master bedroom is air-conditioned and has a 6’ length X 5’ wide bed X 3” and one side table. It has a double door wardrobe with a mirror. The bedroom also has a view of the pool .The bathroom is attached and has 24 x 7 hot and cold water, shower and WC.
The Guest Bedroom is airconditioned and has 6’ length X 5’ wide bed with one side table, dressing table, and double door wardrobe. This bedroom too has a view of the pool. The bathroom is attached and has 24 x 7 hot and cold water shower and WC.

1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy of the same.
2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly.
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property.
In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.
3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.
