Cozy, clean Waikiki Vacation Rental! Great for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Self Check-In upon arrival. It is an older building but the entire studio has been NEWLY RENOVATED. Comfortable queen size memory foam mattress bed and all amenities needed.

The security office in the lower lobby offers storage for a flat fee of $10.

VERY LATE CHECK-IN:
If you are arriving late the door to the elevators on ground level (Lower Lobby (LL)) will be locked due to after hours. But you can walk up to the Lobby (L) set of elevators. Just take short stairway inside next to King's Pub or walk 500 feet past the drop off driveway along the right side to the sidewalk and veer right where it turns into the Lobby (L).

Lobby Ice Machine and Vending Machine.

Burger & Sushi on Lobby (L) has great take out. They have a very large menu. Bring lunch or dinner to the beach or up to your unit. See menu on their Yelp Page!

CHECK IN: Check-In time is 4 pm or after and check-out is 11 am or before.

FUNCTIONS: Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

NOISE: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM.

Gym: $5 per guest in Lower Lobby (LL).

WATER SHUT OFF:
If the water is ever off for some reason, it is because there has been an emergency shut off and maintenance is working VERY hard to restore ASAP.
Every 2nd Tuesday of the month in the building is shut off between 11am-4pm. All buildings in Waikiki do this, including mine 1 day a month. Our pipes are very sensitive to sand from the beach and it's also to let any owners do plumbing work they need to do on their units. Please make sure all faucets are turned off if you leave your unit for the day. I apologise for any inconvenience.

BIKES: The building rules do not allow bikes to be taken up the elevators, however bike in travel case is allowed. There are city bike racks near by.

DEPOSIT: The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Deposit is fully refundable, however it may be deducted for excessive trash left or repair/replacement for damages to the room or its contents.

TAXES: All bookings are subject to 9.25% Hawaii Hotel Tax and 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax, they are already included in the price.

RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER: Property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The guest is responsible for safe-keeping of personal belongings or valuables. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

La posizione molto comoda per ogni spostamento,parcheggio,noleggio auto,escursioni a portata di mano.in generale posto molto tranquillo.unica cosa che manca nel appartamento un scopa per pulire pavimento

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Strand,zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars / Restaurants. Jegliche Kommunikation mit Gina war unkompliziert und freundlich! Der Check in war total unkompliziert! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen!

The place did not meet the expectations as seen in the images. It looked much bigger than it actually was. It's more like a room than an entire apartment. The location was also dodgy and being two females it dint feel safe. You enter s door and then enter another door which seems super creepy as we don't know who was in the other room. The vicinity is a low income housing so there were strange characters around and we could not even park a good car on the road is what the locals told us and there were cops most days around. We also had trouble with the wifi speed. The few good things were the apartment was clean and the view from up there is great.

I'm very surprised at your review and that you never reached out to me during your stay about any of this. The pictures were taken by AirBnB themselves and it's pretty easy to see the size in them. It's also a $200K condo not a room in a nice neighborhood. This is definitely not a low income area, it's Waikiki. Coming from San Francisco I'd think you'd be used to condos like this with a kitchen, bathroom. It is a city so yes, you will see cops sometimes but I assure you this is a great, safe neighborhood just as other guests have said in their reviews. It's too bad you JUST DIDN'T LIKE HAWAII! Take care!

This was an excellent place to stay. Well kept, good amenities, and many places to go nearby, some even in the building. I highly recommend staying here, it's excellent value, especially compared to the big hotels

Aloha- I moved to Waikiki several years ago and love everything about it! I've been in the tourism industry for over 12 years and a few years ago I got lucky and came across an ad to work with Fran and her lovely units. Now I'm managing them for her! :) There's a great satisfaction in seeing others enjoy a life changing vacation! Life is too short NOT to vacation!!
