Cozy, clean Waikiki Vacation Rental! Great for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Self Check-In upon arrival. It is an older building but the entire studio has been NEWLY RENOVATED. Comfortable queen size memory foam mattress bed and all amenities needed.

BUILDING AMENITIES include Sundeck Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ area, Breakfast Cafe, Take Out Food, Bar, Mini Mart, Gym, Luggage Storage, Lobby Ice Machine, Vending Machine & Laundry Facility. It also has a paid public parking garage in the building which is $25 for 24 hours. Street parking can be found as well along the Ala Wai Canal.

Self Check-In upon arrival via Lockbox Key Pick Up but I always enjoy interactions with my guests and enjoy striving to meet their needs. I also respect my guest's boundaries and allow them their experience without interruption.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
The security office in the lower lobby offers storage for a flat fee of $10.

VERY LATE CHECK-IN:
If you are arriving late the door to the elevators on ground level (Lower Lobby (LL)) will be locked due to after hours. But you can walk up to the Lobby (L) set of elevators. Just take short stairway inside next to King's Pub or walk 500 feet past the drop off driveway along the right side to the sidewalk and veer right where it turns into the Lobby (L).

Lobby Ice Machine and Vending Machine.

Burger & Sushi on Lobby (L) has great take out. They have a very large menu. Bring lunch or dinner to the beach or up to your unit. See menu on their Yelp Page!

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping.

CHECK IN: Check-In time is 4 pm or after and check-out is 11 am or before.

FUNCTIONS: Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

NOISE: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM.

Gym: $5 per guest in Lower Lobby (LL).

WATER SHUT OFF:
If the water is ever off for some reason, it is because there has been an emergency shut off and maintenance is working VERY hard to restore ASAP.
Every 2nd Tuesday of the month in the building is shut off between 11am-4pm. All buildings in Waikiki do this, including mine 1 day a month. Our pipes are very sensitive to sand from the beach and it's also to let any owners do plumbing work they need to do on their units. Please make sure all faucets are turned off if you leave your unit for the day. I apologise for any inconvenience.

BIKES: The building rules do not allow bikes to be taken up the elevators, however bike in travel case is allowed. There are city bike racks near by.

DEPOSIT: The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Deposit is fully refundable, however it may be deducted for excessive trash left or repair/replacement for damages to the room or its contents.

TAXES: All bookings are subject to 9.25% Hawaii Hotel Tax and 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax, they are already included in the price.

RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER: Property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The guest is responsible for safe-keeping of personal belongings or valuables. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

La posizione molto comoda per ogni spostamento,parcheggio,noleggio auto,escursioni a portata di mano.in generale posto molto tranquillo.unica cosa che manca nel appartamento un scopa per pulire pavimento

Ginas place was exactly as pictured. Great location and perfect for two people. There were a couple of small things which weren't to standard as we'd hoped but we would consider coming back here when we return.

This is a great deal for a place to stay in Waikiki! Gina's apartment has excellent views and everything is new and updated inside the apartment. I would suggest you bring shampoo and beach towels with you as none were provided and we had to buy them. The window also rattles in the wind. I don't think it's normally windy, but we were there during a windy period and it was quite bothersome. Otherwise, the place is great and is only a 10 minute walk from shops and beaches!

Thanks for staying. I do provide cloth type beach towels in the unit though. And the shampoo is under the sink. I actually clean all the units I host so I did check after your stay. You might have just missed them. Sorry about that!

Seriously this space was SO cozy. It smelled so good every time you opened the door. We also Instantly felt at home which is a hard thing to come by with basic hotels. Amazing space for the price you pay! Couldn’t have chosen a better place for our honeymoon! View is BEAUTIFUL. The sun shines so pretty onto the bed in the morning if you leave the curtains open. Book this room- you won’t regret it for half a second.

L'hôte était disponible et l'emplacement est très bien. Par contre la propreté des lieux laissaient à désirer. C'était beaucoup moins propre qu'en photo et nous nous demandions à quoi pouvait servir les frais de ménage car ce n'était clairement pas fait. De plus, le bâtiment dans lequel se trouve le condo n'est vraiment pas propre. Bref, nous étions très déçu.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Strand,zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars / Restaurants. Jegliche Kommunikation mit Gina war unkompliziert und freundlich! Der Check in war total unkompliziert! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen!

Aloha- I moved to Waikiki several years ago and love everything about it! I've been in the tourism industry for over 12 years and a few years ago I got lucky and came across an ad to work with Fran and her lovely units. Now I'm managing them for her! :) There's a great satisfaction in seeing others enjoy a life changing vacation! Life is too short NOT to vacation!!
