Our co-hostess Angie is a charming and polite local, she speaks only Spanish but will gladly help with all the basics of getting in and around the apartment. I myself will be available on message (see my international cell in the profile) or wifi call for any questions or needs that go beyond Angie's scope.

The view is stunning and with the window open all the way (it comprises the entire wall), you get a nice fresh breeze and just enough chatter from the city to remind you of the vibrant neighborhood you are in without being distracting (when the window is closed you hear almost no sound from the streets below).
For local currency, you can better keep your foreign cash at the apartment. We recommend not to go to money changers: you get a better exchange rate by simply withdrawing with your debit or credit card at the ATM, plus you can do this more discreetly.
From the apartment, the nearest ATM Servibanca (which allows you to withdraw up to 780000 pesos which at 3000-to-the-dollar is abt 250 usd) is located as follows:
- leaving the building turn right towards the university
- at the corner turn left (there is a Juan Valdez café there)
- then nearly at the end of that street you find the ATM on your right hand side.
A little further is the Citibank where you can withdraw up to 1 million pesos per go.
The guest guide, which is attached to the entrance of the bathroom, details all important aspects of the apartment in terms of care, security, cleanliness and hygiene, and energy saving. The most important reminders of this are posted again next to the door of entry / exit. An important point to not forget is to close all electrical points (light, air, ventilation, etc.) and water and gas. Since our cleaning staff does not necessarily pass by the same day of departure to check the apartment, in the unexpected case that the guest, at the time of check-out, forgot to close all points of electricity, water, or gas, a surcharge of $ 15 will be applied by Airbnb.
Guests are allowed in (please inform the receptionist downstairs), but no parties: please respect the peace and quiet of our neighbours as they will respect yours.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but you can sit and smoke at the balcony (slide open the panoramic window).
