The apartment also enjoys the use of a lawned area with trees and shrubs as well as access to the pretty communal gardens overlooking Letcombe Brook and the mill pond - perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. It is set within the beautiful and historic village of East Hanney. Perfect for a break away from London, for walking, biking, horse riding, exploring and enjoying a stroll to the village pub for a pint.

You will have access to the whole apartment together with a communal garden. There is on site parking for 2 cars, additional space by arrangement. We supply a small welcome basket, but the apartment is self catering so many of our guests arrange for their groceries to be delivered on the evening they arrive.

Dandridge's Mill is, by its very nature, surrounded by unfenced water. Children are very welcome but must be supervised at all times please.
Airbnb and hosts recommend that all travellers have traveller's insurance. All claims for any travel related losses including cancellation fees should be made with your traveller's insurance underwriter.
We hope guests will respect The Mill which we love and which contains many antiques and personal items.
We prefer guests who are wanting to meet quietly for a few days of relaxation and country air with family and friends, for meetings or home cooking and exploring the local area. Guests must respect other tenants and guests at the Mill.
A dog is allowed on request at £15 per dog per night and on condition house rules are followed. They are categorically not allowed on any of the furniture or in the bedrooms.
We can provide a high chair, travel cot and other amenities for children - drop us a line and we'll do our best!
Smoking is only allowed outside.
Please be aware that we have worked extremely hard to make this building as environmentally responsible as possible - so please don't leave unnecessary lights burning.
We welcome guests, show them the property, and leave them sets of keys so that they can come and go as they please. We are on the phone / email if they have any requirements.
