Super easy check in, perfect location, and the kitchen was bigger then it looked in the picture.

The place was excellent with a great location. I'd recommend it for checking out Boise as the central location provided great access to downtown.

This place was clean and had just about everything we needed. It's within walking distance of Hyde Park and Camelback Park, which were both wonderful. There's an Albertsons grocery store just down the street. The donut shop across the street was a pleasant bonus. The wifi was unavailable a couple of times, but this wasn't critical for us. All in all, a great place and close to everything we needed.

It's bigger than the photos lead you to believe, though the decor is, shall we say, eclectic. There's a Renaissance reproduction print next to a Mexican poster next to figurines from various eras. If you just need a place to leave your stuff while you check out the city, it's perfect.

We love this place! It's way better than in the photos (as of 8/2017). In addition to the comfy sofa, there is a great fold out memory foam Queen sofabed in addition to the comfy regular bed. The kitchen has a great set-up -- we used the basket in the rice cooker to steam the yummy tamales we bought at the fabulous farmers market on Saturday. It's one of those great kitchens where we all leave a little for the next traveler. I was SO relieved when I woke up and realized there was cream for coffee - but you can also get a jug of milk across the street - DK's apparently opens at 4am! For groceries, Albertsons is just down the street, the Boise Co-op is not to be missed, and Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are definitely bikeable. Kris is super friendly - if you need her in a hurry, there's probably a phone number that gets her quickly - I was lazy and just communicated through the Airbnb app, and she checks it regularly but not obsessively. We were visiting friends who lent us bikes (but there are rental places), and this is a VERY bike friendly town, so we biked all over downtown, over to the foothills, and all up and down the greenbelt next to the river. My son especially loved the workout station just over the river near Ann Morrison Park. Bonus - the Payette brewery is kinda on the way. We got this place because it is close to our friends (way better to have our own place than sofa crash for two weeks!), but it was convenient to everything else we wanted to do in beautiful Boise. DK's Donuts is across the street, but it's a short walk to Guru Donuts - they have Idaho Kombucha on tap! We had lucky days at some really great thrift shops close by - check out two by 8th and Washington - one benefits the Women's and Children's Alliance. And don't miss the Flying M Coffeehouse for cool souvenirs and Thursday evening $1 tacos next door at the High Note Cafe - they're a little farther away from this place, but worth the trek. There's always Uber!! We told all our Boise friends about this place for their out of town guests and would definitely stay there again!

It was easy to get in, there are window AC units in the kitchen and living room but not in the bedroom and no closet space in the bedroom. The shower is very small so it's tricky to maneuver. It's right on a busy business street with a Les Schwab Tire and donut shop. You park in the Les Schwab lot and it has towing signs everywhere so that was a little sketchy. The back yard is just dirt and no nice areas to relax so we didn't even go there. To get to the downtown area by 8th street where all the action is, is definitely not walking distance unless you like to walk pretty far in heels and get all sweaty. She seems nice from the 2 txt she sent verifying the parking but I would not stay here again.

Kris's place was bigger and sunnier than we expected from the photos, and we really appreciated having the rice cooker, blender, and so much counter space for our two week stay. We also used the dressers in the bedroom - that kind of storage is a rare treat on the road. What a great neighborhood! 24 hr RiteAid, laundry, a used bookstore, Albertsons and Janjou, a James Beard finalist french bakery all within a couple blocks, and a short walk to the Saturday Farmer's Markets, the Co-Op, Trader Joe's, and the shops and restaurants of downtown. Also very close to bike rental, places to buy disc golf equipment in case you want to try the beautiful course at Ann Morrison Park, and a really fantastic skateboard park. Kris was so nice, quick to respond and let us check in early. I look forward to returning to Boise!
