Amenities:
The beautifully decorated property was designed in 2008. The ceiling height of 3.30 meters and the open design give the flat "space, air and light" and the stylish furnishings gives it a unique identity. The very cozy and elegant apartment is ideal for singles or couples, but can also be used in part for commercial purposes and is suitable with their warmth and for the customer service representative. Young and old, anyway both will appreciate it as a student-apartment or as a easy to handle hideaway! Because it is "almost-barrier-free", it is also suitable for disabled persons!

Open plan living room with two sofas and media center, and wood-burning stove. Large dining table suitable for up to eight people. Sleeping area with double bed. Workspace with 2-3 workstations, LAN and WLAN, telephone and fax with German land line Flatrate (extra charges 35 EUR/month already included). Shower room with window and ventilator system. Kitchen with gas stove and fume cupboard. Real wood flooring in the living and sleeping areas. Hallway, bathroom and kitchen floored with tiles. Walls primed and painted white. Clean, dry and completed basement.
The apartment could be rented for a short or longer term and is fully equipped for immediate use with dishes and most other accessories. Even the wine for the first cozy evenings await you. And if you want even two bikes. Just jump in and enjoy your residence in Dusseldorf......

Location:
Jahnstraße is one-way with little through traffic in central Dusseldorf-Friedrichstadt. Several motorway are easily accessible (A 52, A 57, A46, A 3). Shopping, Bilker arcades, Rhine, Friedrichstrasse, Königsallee ("Kö") and Old Town are quickly reached on foot.
By public transport tram (line 701 and 707 and 708) of the main train station, downtown or university is optimally connected. Several fast tram lines (S-Bahn-Station: Bilk, Volksgarten, Friedrichstadt) are nearby and provide easy access to the airport (S 11) as well as Neuss-Cologne (S 11), Essen-Langenfeld-Cologne (S 6), Mönchengladbach-Wuppertal (S 8) und Kaarst-Mettmann (S28). A bus (835) from Bilker station is crossing the river to Oberkassel.

Other:
On the street side have the shutters and colored curtains. All windows are also secured.
For "on business interested persons" the apartment has a sophisticated but very discreetly installed technology for telephone, fax and computer use: A server connection in the basement and in the living area installed PC connections also allow the establishment of small networks. All pictured are the subject of rental furniture. In the basement there is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer. To use the fan in the bathroom or kitchen you need to open the window! The fresh air blows through the oven!!!
The air supply to the oven should be in the first hour enough until the the fire is sufficiently high and the chimney has effectual air draft (open lower door completely). How to handle it you should be introduced by me.
When you check out please dump all the rubbish and foodstuffs in the litter box, access to the litter box from the back yard, thank you!!!
