These recently refurbished self contained units are clean, modern & well appointed with everything needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

With an attention to detail to ensure you have everything you need, you'll be able to unwind!

We have two units on the property so can sleep up to twelve people if required. If you're also interested in our other unit, The Vines, you can find it at


Located in the middle of the stunning Grampians ranges, Harvest Halls Gap is the perfect chance to get away. Surrounded by kangaroos, emus and bird life, you'll easily settle into the Halls Gap lifestyle. The property is located just off the main street with a mere one minute stroll to the Visitor Information Center, eateries and shops.

The units contain three bedrooms: a master bedroom with queen bed and en suite and two bedrooms with twin beds that can be turned into king beds. The master bedroom has a built in robe and Bedroom 2 also has a wardrobe. The brand new bathrooms both include walk-in rainwater showers. The kitchen is fitted with granite bench tops, fridge and freezer, electric stove and electric oven, microwave and other appliances. With floorboards throughout, a large split system unit to heat and cool, decadent linen and brand new modern furnishings, we want to ensure that you will have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Located on the same property as Harvest Halls Gap Cafe and Provedore, you'll also have easy access to fabulous food that celebrates produce from the Grampians region.

Each unit has access to a shared sun deck with outdoor seating, vegetable garden, freshly grown herbs, gardens and, once open, the cafe and provedore. You will also have your own parking space.

You'll also be able to use the shared laundry if required.

As we have provided a clean, modern, warm, well appointed place to stay, we expect our guests to respect the accommodation and appliances. Please let us know if anything isn't working as expected so that we can have it repaired. If any items are removed from the unit, they will be charged to your credit card after check out.

As there is a large amount of wildlife near the property and farm stock on the property, we're unfortunately unable to allow pets.

Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Please do not smoke inside the property.

Despite the 2 small no big deal hic cups we faced, it was a lovely place to stay. 3 adults and toddler. Very centralize place to base at in Grampians! Clean, spacious, well equiped kitchen with oven and all. We moved the master bed against the wall to prevent our toddler who sleeps like a spinning clock from falling. Thank you Richard for accomodating that! We did not expect Grampians to be so freezing cold in May and just wished the rooms were heated. The bed however had a nice electric heater so that helped us with the cold. The living room also had a powerful heater and dinner was cosy under the blasting heater. Stay here if you are considering! Good for groups of friends or bigger families. We really love the space. Thanks again for the stay!

We had a fabulous stay at Richards property. Everything described is 100% accurate. The location is fabulous. We enjoyed a great meal at The Harvest cafe attached to the property. The showers are amazing after long hikes. We will be returning.

Great apartment for a break in halls gap. Walking distance to everything including, restaurants and cafes, playground, information centre and even some bush walks. We'd like to stay again soon!

The family had a great time staying at the Grove.... A couple minor issues at the start but were dealt with promptly. The unit is in a great location to explore the Grampians. Thanks Richard for being a pleasant host.
