Welcome to Rincon! This space is the perfect base camp for your island adventures. A bright spacious apartment close to the town center. I am more than willing to assist you with any travel plans you may need advice with!

I hope that you feel at home in this 2 bedroom apartment. You will walk upstairs to the apartment which opens straight into the main room. The bathroom and bedroom is located at the back end of the apartment (my Master bed remains locked while you enjoy my home to yourself). The kitchen and the rest of the apartment is kept clean and tidy at all times, which is extra important here in the tropics so please watch your debris during your stay.
I am located in Rincon, Puerto Rico 2 blocks from the Villa Cofresi Resort (walking distance from the famous Pirata coconut rum drinks) in a quiet and safe neighborhood on a cul de sac road. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes, there is an amazing grocery store across the street, Mr Doughnut next door, Gaba Fine Artisan Coffee Shop and several other great restaurants and bars within walking distance as well.
(LGBT & Prop215 friendly)
I live right next door and am available for anything at all should you need me.
If you are searching for a larger or smaller space feel free to check out my other listings

You have a private room with a door that attaches to the bathroom. You have full access to the entire apartment which includes a front and back patio, large kitchen/dining/living area and a full bathroom. There is ample safe street parking and a large parking lot at the end of the cul de sac for other visitors if needed. We love to cook and eat when we are home and have provided you with a fully stocked kitchen, feel free to utilize anything you may need. You will have tea and coffee available at the apartment for you to use and there is a Mr. Donut next door that makes fresh miniature pastries every morning that you can sometimes smell from the front balcony with the right gust of wind

I live right next door and am available to help you set up just about anything you could need to make your vacation run smoothly. Tour guides, surf lessons, rentals of all kinds: surf, paddle board, snorkel, horse back riding, daytime adventures, dining, best of sights to see... you name it, I would love to assist you in any way that I can. Rincon is a friendly artistic community and we all band together to provide our visitors with the best experiences possible. If you have no interest in cooking or dining out during your stay you are always welcome to dish up a bowl of whatever is on my stovetop, I truly love feeding people and always have something cooking. I make fresh juices and smoothies daily as well and for a small fee will gladly provide you with a healthy way to start your day

This neighborhood is very safe. I am on a short dead end street just off the main 115 road in town, so there isn't much traffic going down our road. You can not hear traffic from the 115 either.

Our town created a page called BQN & SJU Runs where people can post all their airport needs or activities and link up carpools to get across the island, anyone is welcome to check it out and post there if you need a ride to or from an airport.
There is a bicycle rental shop a couple blocks away. Many of my past guests have stayed here without a rental car at all, and have had a great time, with the close proximity to so many convenient things nearby. If your goal is to see as much of this side of the island or possibly more while you are here then it is encouraged to rent a vehicle (the smaller the better and Get the Insurance, trust me).
There is always ample street parking here, so don't worry about finding a place to park if you do rent a car.
I have a vehicle during the months of Aug-Nov and can take you around town as well for a small fee.

This is the tropics. You Will get sweaty. There Are bugs.
With that said, there are hotter places with more bugs ;) Puerto Rico truly is not that bad as long as you keep a few things into consideration;
Bring light weight, light colored clothing and be mindful of fabrics that do not allow your skin to breath. The mosquitos are attracted to dark colors and fragrant scents. Keep your beauty and bathroom products to a bare unscented minimum if you can help it.
Please do not leave any scraps or crumbs of food out to avoid bugs.
If you are in town on the following days we have a couple of weekly events: Thursday night Art Walk and the Sunday morning Farmers Market. This town if full of amazing artists, we all hope to see you out there!

Hello, My name Cloud! Outside of hosting several AirBnb spaces around town (which sometimes means I am not always physically at home but always available to contact). I spend my days cooking, treasure hunting, and creating art more than socializing at times but can be convinced to join the fun with the right group of people. I moved to Puerto Rico from San Diego, Ca in 2014 with my Pomeranian Osita (her name means LittleBear in Spanish). I moved here for medical reasons and the island continues to heal me in many ways. I am blessed to be involved with a large artistic community that makes each person involved feel loved, special and encouraged to express their individual talents. Positive vibes and intellectual conversations are always encouraged and appreciated. I greatly enjoy sharing my love of this islands hidden treasures and look forward to hearing all about your own experiences and traveling adventures. Due to my Narcolepsy, I do not own a car or drive myself but I am more than willing to be your tour guide from your passenger seat. My isla familia is in love with everything this island has to offer and we all look forward to sharing it with you. If there is ever a time when I am not at the house you can still always get in contact with me and I also have a small band of amazing gypsies helping me make sure everyone is comfortable and all of my guests needs are met. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!
