1 camera da letto
This is the same room description as the "Retro Blue" room suite. However, when renting this room, it comes with a private bath, but the library/den is common area options for other guests.
Guests are not allowed to have pets of any kind.
The upstairs "Retro Blue" room has a retro vibe and very cozy w/a full sized bed. It's location makes the guest feel as though they have the whole upstairs to themselves. This room has a large private full bath (shower, sink, toilet just outside your bedroom door.)
Guests will have access to all the common spaces in the house: Living room, dining room, pool table, piano, back yard and deck. Guests may also use the microwave in the upstairs den or kitchen. No cooking, baking or use of the stove is allowed by guests.
Interazione con gli ospiti
We greet our guest upon arrival and will be on the premises at all times during your stay. We're available at all times either in person or via text for any questions/concerns you may have.
Altre cose da evidenziare
The guests in this room may hear trickling water within the walls at night. Not to worry, it's only the hot water circulating through the baseboard radiators in the room if the heat needs to be turned on. It's not loud, but could cause a guest who didn't know to think that the heading system may be leaking. It is not. :-)
Allergy alert: We do have 2 cats. They are never allowed in any of the private rooms, but they do have the run of most of the common areas.
- Guests are not allowed to have pets on the premises.
- No smoking is allow in the house. Ashtrays will be provided if you want to smoke in the back yard.
- Our private rooms are available to responsible, mature adults. Please be respectful and considerate of our home (and other guests).
