This contemporary ground floor apartment is accessed from security gated car park with single carport for guest car. It is furnished with the latest appliances and fast Wifi internet.

One queen & two single beds with pure cotton bed linen and quality furnishings throughout. There is also a portacot & play things for infant. There are inbuilt wardrobes and storage in all rooms. A large enclosed courtyard garden provides a secure space for entertaining or play.

I am a chef so you will find the kitchen well equipped for cooking with condiments in the pantry and complimentary first day continental breakfast provisions. The freezer can be stocked with a variety of delicious home-cooked meals on request, or you can walk a few metres to many cafes and restaurants.

For dining there is a breakfast bar, indoor setting, and outdoor alfresco area. Chests of blocks and toys & colourful unbreakable dinner settings are provided for children.

There is a vibrant cafe and restaurant precinct just outside the complex gate. Walk or cycle in a few minutes to the main attractions of Adelaide city, including the Botanic Gardens, Adelaide Oval, Art Gallery, Festival Centre and Zoo.

Guests have full access to the apartment and their own private rear courtyard. There is a well stocked pantry.
Use anything in pantry or fridge but restock if possible for next guest.
Covered, off street, secure parking for one car in front of the apartment. 1-3 hour free parking on street with no restriction after 5.30pm.
The latest Sony smart TV is directly connected to fast internet for catchup TV and pay per movie downloads.
There are additional toilets with facilities for disabled visitors on the ground floor of the complex, 20 metres from the apartment door.

Guests will be greeted and taken through the apartment on arrival. The airport is close with readily available taxis and shuttle to the city however, if requested, we will arrange transport to the apartment for a fee.
A colleague conducts exclusive limousine tours of attractions including food and wine destinations in the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills.
My daughter owns cook4you, which supplies high quality home cooked meals in the refrigerator or freezer for you to purchase at reasonable cost. Gluten & dairy free options available. Special orders can be made through cook4you or through myself.

Melbourne Street is filled with restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. There are several gyms with fitness trainers in and close to the complex. The nearby Adelaide Aquatic Centre has pools, spas, gym and sauna with public admission. The neighbourhood is convenient to many Adelaide attractions including Adelaide Oval; North Adelaide Golf Course; Aquatic Centre; Art Gallery of South Australia; SA Museum, Adelaide Zoo, Botanical Gardens and parklands. It is also walking distance to the Women's and Children's Hospital, Royal Adelaide Hospital and Universities.
Parklands surrounding the apartment offer numerous walking and bike trails. The Linear Park and bike trail runs along the Torrens River to the sea and beach.
The apartment is ideally located for The Fringe, Adelaide Festivals, WOMAD and the Clipsal.

There is a FREE connector bus that stops nearby. The bus drops off and picks up passengers throughout North Adelaide and the City.

There is also FREE all day bike hire provided by the Adelaide City Council. A pick-up site is next door at the Meridien Hotel.

We live in Adelaide but often travel. I am a retired chef and author of two published cookbooks. My husband Kevin is a company director and geologist with worldwide interests. We visit family in Perth, Brisbane & London. We holiday on beautiful Lake Atitlan in Guatamala where we have a house in town and an octagonal cabin on the lakeside.
