HOUSE RULES: Please do not remove things from their proper place. For example: the dishes upstairs stay upstairs, and blankets, remotes, sheets, pillows all need to stay on their level of the home.

DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT REFUND CONDITIONS:
•No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
•No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
•All check out procedures is followed.
•All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in outside trashcans, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
•Front Door key is returned to the lock box.
•Garage Door Opener is left on the kitchen counter and unit is left locked.
•All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
•No furniture, linens, kitchenware, décor, etc. are lost or damaged.
•No early check-in or late checkout without prior approval.
•The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by My Community.
•NO house parties. Only the tenants listed on the rental agreement are allowed long term on the property.

PARKING: Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles in the garage. Plenty of parking on the driveway including boat and/or RVs. Any citations will be the responsibility of the tenant.

BBQ: Adult supervision is required at all times. Please clean grill plates and utensils. You can use the grill brush. If housekeeping is required to do this, you will be charged $25.

NOISE ORDINANCE: The noise ordinance in Bullhead City is 11pm. Please be considerate of our neighbors! This means no noise or loud talking outdoors after 11 pm.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exceptions to the policies must be approved in writing in advance.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE: This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or death that occurs while on the premises or its facilities (incl. water front and water wall). Guests are not to jump on or off any beds or open and climb out any window. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Please lock the doors when you leave the house. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Please monitor all activities of minors in the home. We go out of our way to make the house safe for children but we do not guarantee our home to be safe for children. Please ensure they do not jump on the beds, play with ceiling fans, climb on furniture or on house structures, etc. The tenant agrees to hold owners/managers blameless and have no liability for any damages resulting in injury, death or illness associated while on the premises/property.

This place is amazing! This was our 1st Airbnb experience, and we are so glad we had Rachelle! She is so prompt & great with communication. We had such a great time. The dock was so convenient. The house was clean & tidy. This is a great vacation home!

Rachelle was so nice and provided all the information for our successful and amazing stay. There was never any miscommunication & she was more than helpful. Our family had so much fun and we can't wait to come back and stay again.

This place was perfect. Loved the layout and how safe it was for the toddlers. The water is totally accessible and quite a bit of personal space out there on the dock.. rachelle was east to reach at all times and replied to all messages in a timely manner. I will definitely be renting this place again
