Upstairs remodeled, beautiful family friendly one bedroom plus loft condominium that sleeps 6 and is nestled in the park-like settings of Horizons 4.

This privately-owned home has one downstairs bedroom offering a queen bed that sleeps 2 and full vanity sink and mirror. There is an additional full bath with shower/tub off the main hall. The upstairs loft accommodates 3 with three twin beds and another bath with shower. The bathrooms are spotless! The downstairs living room offers a brand new queen sleeper for another guest! All bedroom areas have newer carpet and brand new premium bedding, as well as, flat screen televisions. There are multiple DVD players, VCR players, and cable TV. Free Wi-Fi is easily accessible.

The main living space offers a new river rock wood burning fire place with free firewood. It has newer carpet, a brand new microfiber sofa sleeper and loveseat, new lighting and artwork, and flat screen television. Dining is available for six plus there is additional seating at the eat-in bar area. The cook?s kitchen is beautifully appointed with all new utensils, dishware, and glassware, as well as, microwave, blender, toaster, crock-pot, coffee-maker, waffle-maker, and fondue pot!

Outside, this home features the best location within the Horizons 4 Condominiums Resort and is the closest you can get to the recreational facilities without being on top of them. You'll appreciate the short walk in the winter from the spa into your home. Parking is available in front of this home; no lugging groceries, equipment, and luggage around buildings. Unit #114 is lovingly cared for and updated by the owners who visit frequently. This home is non-smoking and energy efficient with dual-paned windows. The deck is filled with firewood for your unlimited use and offers a view of trees and complex spring gardens. You have access and use of the outside ski locker for your ski equipment storage overnight.

After a day of exploring the beauty and adventure that defines Mammoth you can sit on the deck and enjoy a nice bottle of wine overlooking the grounds, BBQ at the community grill, snuggle up in front of the fireplace, relax with a DVD or book from our ever growing library or choose a game or puzzle to enjoy with your family.
Horizons 4 offers outside parking, partially enclosed spa, sauna, recreation room (pool table, ping pong, video games), wireless high speed internet (instructions provided in unit) and laundry facilities. During summer, the swimming pool, barbecue and tennis court are open for guest use. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance and during the winter, the shuttle stop is nearby. The shuttle (green line) travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village.
