Furthermore, It is perfectly connected to the rest of the city by public transport (several bus lines and the metro stations of ‘Santiago Bernabeu’, ‘República Argentina’ and ‘Concha Espina’ in the vicinity). This is a distinguished villa, which has just been refurbished and divided into three extraordinary apartments, which together enjoy a delicious garden with a pool.

The two apartments on the ground floor – named I and II – could be rented together as a home of 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms. They can get connected through the lobby.
Each of them has two double suites with private bathrooms with generously sized showers.
The double beds (180x200) can be divided into twin beds of 90x200, on request. Each bed has ample space under the mattress, which allows the storage of bulky items. In addition, all rooms are equipped with fully dressed wardrobes.
The white kitchens (open in the apartment I and semi-independent in number II) have modern furnishings that fit perfectly into the decor of the living room. They are fully equipped with large and small appliances (including washing-dryer and dishwasher).
The living-rooms offer two different environments: a sitting area on one side and a dining space for up to 6 guests on the other.
Furthermore, the apartment II has a large porch with another table for 8, which confers the room great amplitude.
The interior design project brings modernity, while quality and originality, with solid pieces of furniture, in dialogue with light and contemporary pieces to achieve a balance between comfort and aesthetic.

A lease contract will be signed the day of the checkin.
If you wish to enter the apartment on a Sunday or National Holiday, there is a supplement of 60€ between 07:00 and 22:00. If the entry in the apartment is done between 22:00 and 07:00, the price would be 100€.
If the entry in the apartment is between 07:00 and 09:00 and between 20:00 and 22:00, there is a supplement of 35€. If it is between 22:00 and 07:00, the supplement would be 70€.
For stays for more than two months, a compulsory cleaning of 4 hours per month will have to be taken on with a cost of 16€/hour. If more hours would be needed by the client, the cost of the next hours would be 15€/hour.
In the amount indicated in the concept 'cleaning' are included:
- Cleaning costs
- Booking fee, wich also includes a full welcome basket (food, beverages, personal hygiene and household cleaning).
