Altre cose da evidenziare

1) We have a dog (Curly) who is a Great Dane/Black Lab mix; he is friendly, knows a lot of neat tricks and is obsessed with his Frisbee.
2) The house sits on a bluff about 60 feet above the Ohio River, the locks and dams and the railroad tracks. The trains run day and night and blow their whistles as they approach nearby crossings. Some people love the train whistles, some people grew up near trains and don't notice them and others find out that trains whistles can be quite loud.

An adorable and quaint Victorian house with an amazing view of the river. Spacious. Loved the AC being right in the room. The xfinity cable was a nice perk too.

Kristen and Ted's place was a great old place with a great view. The spacious apartment was excellent and comfortable. The hosts were gracious and social. Ted offered us some of his homemade beer and we all chatted for a bit after dinner. Wonderful hosts and a great place a bit outside of town but close enough.

This accommodation has a certain "charm" associated with its age and location but our kids would say it had no soul, generosity or warmth.

Kristen and Ted have a great place in Pittsburgh. It's massive with lots of room to spread out and really feel at home. It has a great location if you want to be close to the city without being right downtown.

Staying at Kristen and Ted's was a good experience. The location was nice for venturing into the city and out into the country side. The home had plenty of off street parking, lots of space in the rental with private deck that overlooks the Ohio River, kid friendly, and owners who gave us just the right amount of privacy. My only issue was that the train and road noise was a bit more than expected, but the owners provided ear plugs and it was not a problem. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back again in the future.

It was even more lovely than we anticipated. We didn't get to meet the owners, which was a shame, but we fell in the love with the house. It's got history and gorgeous touches everywhere. The trains didn't bother us at all. We found the house to be very relaxing and cozy.
