If you want an affordable place but have Trump Tower, Grand Hilton, or Ritz-Carlton expectations, don't book here. This is a very attractive, clean condo and very unique, historic condo building. This condo is very good deal pricewise for all you get! Rules: No smokers and no pets, please. Guests must be respectfully quiet for residents in the building which means no loud parties or noises at any time--people live here year-round and go to work and send their kids to school, so respectful, appropriate behavior is mandatory at all times. Please tidy up condo and throw out garbage regularly. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink, especially when you leave, for me to clean! Cleaning your dirty dishes is not covered by your cleaning fee--there is an extra charge of $35 for that since all items you need to clean dishes are provided for you, and that is basic respect too for your host. Hello, I'm Maria, your on-site property manager since I live in this building too and can assist you as needed. I'm an optimistic, cheerful, flexible, easy-going, helpful person with a positive life outlook who prefers guests with the same attitude. Negative perfectionists who are impossible to please are not welcome in any of the six condos we manage in this building.

My partners and I work very hard to give guests a friendly, memorable experience at reasonable, affordable prices. This unique building overlooks lush woods for a secluded resort feel. It is a circa 1962 structure called The Wave of Brazilian art deco architecture which will be reviewed soon for Historic Landmark designation by the city. The building has been well renovated with landscaping, fitness center, pool area, picnic area, and other amenities since the 2008 real estate bust with future improvements to come to restore it to its former glory as a "sapphire gem" along Tampa Bay.

I speak Hungarian and Slovakian fairly well. I grew up mainly in Michigan and later, lived and worked in Kuwait and Germany for several years. I've visited most of Europe and parts of Central and South America, Africa, and many Caribbean islands. In addition to traveling abroad, I enjoy meeting people from other nations and cultures. My hobbies are reading, writing,, traveling, cycling, kayaking, hiking, being outdoors in beautiful nature, and spending time with close friends and of course, my dear pets. I live an interesting, happy life in beautiful St. Petersburg which I now call home. I look forward to meeting you!
