Host was excellent in providing excellent pet friendly accomodation when we relocated from Brisbane, check in was a breeze. Unit and amenities very clean and great value for money

Location is great and its good that its pet friendly but the apartment itself and the complex isnt amazing. Small living areas, cheap flooring and furnishings and a lack of any personal touches make it feel like staying in a cheap motel. The complex is noisy, the neighbours …

Sorry Chris I cant accept your comments as a true reflection of your stay. The property is only 5 KM from the CBD close to trains and other transport in the Suburb of Daglish, part of Subiaco one of Perth's more popular inner city suburbs true the budget part. The area has many unit complexes but the maximum height of them is 2 stories and all are less than 12 in them. This complex has been completely upgraded with render and painted a soft grey. The gardens are beautifully kept with lush green lawns and plants. If not the best complex in terms of maintenance it is one of the better ones. Opposite is huge school playing fields adjacent is exceptionally large Dog Friendly Park. Across the road is another extensive park with lawn areas and children's climbing equipment. The unit you occupied was recently re furbished with laminate flooring throughout in the popular grey "Stressed" look for easy care while you are there and in between guests. We have a second to none excellent cleaner and while some dust can gather if down time between stays there was none this time as it was a back to back booking. Further-more there is no carpets as you mentioned, in that property not even a scatter one. The unit has a big lounge dining area with a separate alcove kitchen with all you need for a short stay, full oven stove top and microwave. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. We have them professionally photographed and make absolutely sure they do not use a wide angled lens to make the spaces bigger. There is no mention of a washer in the unit but we do provide a fully equipped laundry with both washers and dryers and adjacent extensive drying areas as well as some under cover. Hanging washing outside the unit or on Balconies is not allowed as it spoils the street level appearance and the "wetting" only occurred on the day you arrived as Pedro was un-aware of your arrival and I believe profusely apologized even though it was a people area not a hanging one. The furnishings are of a new and good standard suitable for a family friendly pet friendly budget short stay. To query the price of $110 pn for 4 ($27.50 pp) plus a pet is offensive when a back-packer in a shared dormitory of 6 is $36 pp per night with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities and stolen food. Kennel fees for the dog alone in the outer suburbs of Canning vale or Swan Valley are around $20 per night. Jim the owner is there on a daily basis frequently more often if you had trouble with noise and and odd neighbors you should have mentioned it to him. It is an exceptionally quiet area and complex. Loved the handy location, so close to the Daglish Station but not noisy, and my two kids thoroughly enjoyed the parklands surrounding the unit. There were the necessities of home and on the whole, neither safety nor noise was an issue.

Kämppä ok, hieman ylikuvattu. Sijainti erityisesti julkisen liikenteen kannalta loistava.Ilmastointi toimi. Jos tarvitsimme apua, Meg vastasi ja toimi nopeasti. Max. 4 hlöä, paitsi jos viides on vauva.
