Original, tastefully renovated 2-bedroom cottage in historic Cabbagetown. Steps from Cabbagetown Park, around the corner from Esther Peachy Park, a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars, the beltline, etc. Dog-friendly with a fenced-in backyard.
This is a mill cottage built in 1905. It has hardwood floors throughout, ten-foot ceilings, a front porch, side patio, and back yard. Central air and heat are controlled via a smart thermostat. Wifi is provided.
(Please note that the house is more 100 years old. You may hear creaks, or feel a draft. You may also see a spider. There are sometimes animals outside--usually squirrels, but sometimes possums or other creatures. Also, one guest in a review expressed surprise that there is an aquarium in the second bedroom [despite the fact that the aquarium is featured in one of the listing's photos]. So, there's an aquarium. Everything [light, food] is automated; you don't need to deal with it at all.)
Both bedrooms have queen beds. The main bedroom has a standard frame/box spring/mattress setup, while the second bedroom has a Murphy bed with a new queen-size Serta mattress.
The stove and heat are both powered by gas. There is one full bath with a shower and tub.
You will have access to the entire house.
Interazione con gli ospiti
If I'm in town, I will greet you when you arrive. If not, I will leave the keys in a lockbox, the passcode for which is the last four digits of your booking phone number.
Altre cose da evidenziare
I will provide linens, toiletries, laundry detergent, and other essentials. If you think of something else you may need, please ask.
This is my home. Please treat it as you would your own. Note that the maximum occupancy of the house is four guests, unless you have made other arrangements with me in advance. This is not a flophouse. If you arrive with more than four guests (or attempt to sneak in additional people after checkin), I reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
