We have lots of room for you to make your own. 2 Bedroom 2 Bathrooms, Gorgeous view of the 7 pools! The beds are queen size and king in the master! Very comfortable and luxurious!

You can access everything! We have many pools, kids play areas, a huge gym, saunas, karaoke rooms, party rooms etc.

I will be traveling during this time period but my lovely neighbors and cleaner will be near by to assist you!

Il quartiere

Holland Village is just a short walking distance away with amazing restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Everything you need will be near by. It's very easily accessible down to Marina Bay with frequent buses outside the condo as well as the mrt station (yellow line).

Un giro nei dintorni

As previously mentioned- Farrer Rd MRT is just about 3 minute walk away. Buses right outside that go directly downtown and to all tourist destinations. You can walk to Botanical Gardens, and of course into Holland V. Perfect location as it's nice quiet and serene (just like a 5 star resort) but easily accessible to all tourist areas.

If you would like we can have it cleaned twice per week (right now my cleaning lady comes on Monday and Thursday- up to you :)


Regole della casa

I expect responsible tenants. This is my first time renting out the space and I absolutely adore it. I know you will too. There are no parties allowed, and the noise level should be kept reasonably low. It's brand new so please take care of the walls, floors, appliances etc.

We stayed as a family of 5 at Jillian's house for 5 nights and the place was just lovely. It's a small house but is extremely well-kept and very comfortable. We are very thankful to Jillian for ensuring that all the basic amenities - quilts, towels, kitchenette - were well provided for. Jillian was a great host even while she was away herself and was very accommodating with our times of arrival and departure. We highly recommend this place to anyone considering a trip to Singapore.

Very nice and lovely place in a convenient location close to the MRT and a short drive to Orchard and the city center. Jillian was very helpful, providing us with information about SG weeks before our arrival. Definitively will recommend this place to others.

Thankyou Jillian for making our trip to Singapore so great. It was so easy to check in, the apartment was great, clean, safe, great location and so easy to get around. It was great to be out of the hussle and bussle of the city but still close enough to get any where you need using the MRT which was only 500m from the apartment. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Jillian's condo. It was just as described - brand new, clean, in a very convenient location and in a complex that has world class facilities. We were a family of 5 and it was the perfect place for us to stay - very highly recommended. Communication with Jillian was excellent and she went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Thank you Jillian.

This is my first, last and only use of airbnb. With that said; Jillian was very accommodating. When I needed to switch my trip from three days to two she obliged, even though her ad specifically requests a three day minimum. Also, when I asked for a later checkout due to a 1:00AM flight, she allowed me to stay until 6:30PM. Thanks. There was an incident that left a sour taste in my mouth for the entire airbnb experience. I'll just say that in the future, I will stick with Marriotts, Hiltons and IHG hotels, rather than mess around with this nonsense. It seems that if anything breaks while you're in someones place, you're responsible for replacement of the item, no matter what the circumstances. And when you leave, airbnb sends one annoying email after another, harrassing you about a resolution. Something broke that I did not miss-use. I was not at fault, but I was treated like a criminal. I know if something at a Marriott does not perform its function while I'm there, I won't get harassing emails telling me that I have to replace something. Rather, I'd get an apology because the item failed. I don't need you airbnb, so goodbye! Please stop sending me emails and disable my account!

Larry I'm sorry Air b n b has sent you so many emails. That's a real pain. Luckily, the toilet seat that you broke was replaced by my insurance since the condo is only 6 months old. I'm glad other than the toilet seat you enjoyed your stay! Take care.
