The apartment has a lovely view over the rooftops of Paris and the Pompidou Centre. It is very light and quiet.


Flat for 2 adults + 1 child (under 9 years old). This apartment is on the right bank, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, the Marais Beaubourg, a few metres from the Pompidou Centre (Beaubourg) in Rue Rambuteau, in a lively area, near to shops.
The apartment is less than 100 metres walk from Rambuteau Metro station. You are just a ten minute walk from Notre Dame cathedral, Beaubourg and Arts-et-Métiers.

The apartment has one bedroom and is arranged as follows:
On the seventh floor (eighth floor US, there is a lift in the building) entrance into the main room with fully equipped corner kitchen and seating area with two-seater sofa + a sofa bed available for 1 child.

The corridor leads to the bathroom with WC on the left and at the end of the corridor there is the bedroom with double bed: 140x190.
The apartment has a lovely view over the rooftops of Paris and the Pompidou Centre. It is very light and quiet.

Rue Rambuteau is the main street in this quartier where Parisians like to do their shopping. There are grocery shops, a butcher, fishmonger, wine merchants, greengrocers, bakers and famous pâtisseries like Huré and Pain de Sucre and the famous French master chocolatier, François Pralus, inventor of La Praluline (brioche with a praline base that is eaten for breakfast).

Arrival: after midnight, +70.00 €
Departure: before midday.
It is possible to stay later if the accommodation is available with an additional charge of 15€ per extra hour. Should the Tenant wish to remain in the accommodation, he/she must inform the Landlord or WELCOMEPARIS S.A.S, thereof 12 hours before the scheduled departure

Landlord information
48 hours before arrival, the tenant must inform the Landlord of the arrival time by email at the following address: (you will get the email as soon as you will confirm your booking on Airbnb(URL HIDDEN)
1 hour before arrival, the Tenant must inform the Landlord of his/her arrival and MUST telephone: (you will get the phone number as soon as you will confirm your booking on Airbnb)

Tenant’s obligations
The Tenant shall:
-Pay the rent,
-Use the accommodation peacefully and for the purpose specified in the rental contract,
-Not carry out any commercial activity,
-Take care of damages and loss occurring during his/her stay in the accommodation of which he/she has exclusive use, unless he/she can prove they were caused by force majeure, the fault of the Landlord or a third party that he/she did not allow to enter the premises,
-Allow all necessary improvement, maintenance and servicing work to be carried out in the communal parts of the building or even within the rented accommodation,
-Make no changes to rented premises or equipment thereof without the Landlord’s written agreement, if his/her agreement is not sought, the Landlord may, on the Tenant’s departure, require the Tenant to return the premises to their original condition or alternatively retain the changes without the Tenant having any right to request payment therefor,
-In any case, the Landlord has the right to require the Tenant, at his/her own expense, to return the premises to their original condition if the changes made constitute a hazard to the correct functioning of equipment or the security of the rental accommodation,
-Not re-assign the contract or sublet the accommodation
-Respect, where applicable, building regulations and building procedure rules,
-Not smoke in the apartment,
-Not have a pet (pets are prohibited).

Landlord’s obligations
The Landlord shall :
-Hand the accommodation over to the Tenant in good condition and state of repair, with all equipment mentioned in the contract functioning correctly,
-Keep the premises in a condition suitable for the purpose stated in the contract and carry out all repairs not the responsibility of the tenant required for the upkeep and maintenance of the leased premised,
-Issue the Tenant a receipt free of charge,
-Ensure the tenant can use the premises peacefully,
-Ensure the premises comply with suitable living and comfort standards.

A great space! Ideal for solo traveler or couples. Everything was as posted on the listing and pictures. And the location cannot be beat. In addition to being centrally located in Paris, the block that the apartment was located had everything you needed! Close to bakery, markets, and Metro station. Check in and communication with host was smooth and efficient.

It is 17 years since Jean-Pierre left his native region to "climb" to Paris and work in the kitchen under the direction of several great chefs. After an initial break in Latin America, he decided to leave permanently for the United States in 1998 to seek the American dream. He quickly became noticed in the Francophone community in the "Bay Area" in San Francisco and became "Your French Chef at Home" for the California jet-set. But the country's call was heard! In 2000, he returned to Paris to invest in real estate, the company RentParis ... and refine his knowledge of good restaurants, with or without a star!
