I don't think I'll bother staying at my normal hotel in Emsworth, now I've stayed here! As previous guests have commented, this place is close to all amenities whilst providing a very private seaside. All within 1 mile of the motorway! This really was great value for money with all the benefits of staying in a hotel: self check in, super fast wifi, high class furniture, beds with luxury bedding. Loved all the added bonuses of toiletries, tea, coffee, biscuits, wine, cereal etc. If I'd stayed longer I would have cooked in the amazing kitchen with all the herbs, spices, oils. The village is packed full of restaurants, pubs, some takeaways including a new Costa. I didn't have a lot of time to explore the village but could see that it offers absolutely everything from dry cleaners, through to cobblers with every other shop and service in between! The property has excellent parking, and due to its size, is the perfect setting for business strategy days or team building. Hosts are very responsive and they also have the backup of a professional property management team. Will definitely be back, masses of space, big bedrooms, beautiful garden, this place is so much more than a conventional hotel. What really appeals is that there is work space aplenty as well as leisure/living space. Oh, one thing to mention. I didn't print enough of my brochures and the lovely Martine came to my rescue and sorted this out for me by going to the local print and copy service in the village! Thank you Martine!

A wonderful place to stay! Excellent large living area, with lots of comfortable space for a large family or group to sit and dine. Well equipped kitchen with lots of space to cook. We didn't use the garden but it looked lovely with a big table, lots of chairs and BBQ. I'm sure it would be a great place to stay with children. Our hosts Martine and Mark were very kind and helpful. They had compiled a very useful document about the house, which was great to have to refer to. Everything was very easy to use. A delightfully large main bedroom with beautiful furniture and very comfortable bed. The house is a short walk to the beautiful coastal path and makes for a lovely walk. We had a very pleasant stay and would return. Thank you very much!
