Interazione con gli ospiti
Marco or I greet 90% of the guests when we are not traveling. Otherwise a friend of mine will greet you. You are more than welcome to talk to us about your needs and I will see if I can accommodate them. It is important for me to state that decisions will be taking from you only - I cannot lead you through your travel and I will not be taking the decisions for you. There are limits to my capabilities. I also perfectly understand your need for privacy.

House Rules – Kindly keep your shoes off
It is important to state that the better we are at being flexible towards each other and problem solving on an individual level, the better our co-living space will feel. This will also avoid delays in things that require immediate attention. We do not run a hotel, we run a space where you will live and where others will live as well. Our cleaning fees only cover change of your sheets and towel. The price of cleaning the entire apartment is 5 times the cleaning fee that you pay. Therefore the apartment is not cleaned on a daily basis. But you are welcome to do your part if you feel it is needed, that’s what you would do in your home – right? Our check-in flexibility is not made to be used against us but to accommodate the different arrivals of the guests. Thus Please tell us your exact landing time and location and what time you expect to check out. We have a check-in agreement once we both have agreed to the time, not when one of us assumes so. Our neighbours are Gods to us and we don’t mess with the Gods.
1.Open the window while cooking and turn on the air suction. Close again afterwards.
2.No dirty dishes shall be left.
3.Wipe the surfaces around the stove & underneath the shelf above the stove.
4.Food, drinks, wine and condiments (spices) are personal.
5.Use wooden spoons on Teflon pans, avoid metal spoons as they fragile.
6.The big knives are fragile too so please be careful with them.
7.Open the bathroom door when you are not using it to let the humidity out.
8.Before showering remove the floor carpet to the corridor, the toilet paper can go into the cupboard above you, to avoid it getting wet.
9.After showering swab the water towards the drain with the squeegee. Then put back the floor carpet – if you need to use the bathroom afterwards – so that you don’t get wet socks.
10.Not that it has happened here before but in case the toilet gets clocked, please call Marco or Guillaume before trying to solve the problem yourself. Any mistake might be crucial and take longer to solve.
11.To maintain the building and the indoor climate, please open the room’s window every day just for a minute to get the air in and close it again. Please turn off the radiator while doing so.
12.The radiators should be off during the day when you are out.
Cleaning & Common Usage
13.Once a month we do a thorough cleaning if you live here permanently.
14.The purchases like toilet paper aluminium foil and more is not something defined yet. Thus if we run out please purchase it yourself to avoid a conflict over small amounts.
Security & Safety
15.Lock the front door when you leave the apartment – even when someone else is still home! In case of a robbery when the tenant has forgot to lock the door, he or she will be responsible for the others’ belongings.
16.Close your windows (and kitchens’) when you are not around.
17.On long term bookings, there will be 2 nights a month where visitors are welcome free of charge. The remaining time, visitors will cost 110 DKK per night please coordinate with the landlord.
18. Buy your personal soap. Put on the program, put soap in room '2' (II) in the drawer (the big room). And start the machine. If it doesn't start, push the door in until it says click and wait 10 seconds. See if this works. ☺
19.If you are staying less than 2 weeks, washing will cost you 15 DKK (2 EUR).
20.Loss of keys will be charged 1000 DKK. If you take the keys with you and forget to give them back it is seen as loss of keys and we do not take into consideration the unreliability of the mailing back of the keys.
Earlier problems with Tenants
We have earlier seen tenants smoking cigarettes, weed, doing drugs, drinking alcohol & making noise late at night, bringing home undeclared guests, having sex in common areas and leaving condoms or trash behind in the establishment. I should therefore add rules about this, the following 3 articles will result in confiscation of deposit and cause immediate termination of tenancy agreement plus a fine for extra guests:
21.Usage of illegal substances on the premises.
22.Smoking: cigarettes/e-cigarettes, vapour, water pipe/hookah, lighting candles or any other inflammable articles inside and bringing home undeclared guests.
23.Having sex in the common areas, disturbing the other tenants or littering.
We are a house made of young professionals and mutual respect is key to the interaction between us. We are smart and share knowledge so if you want to get smarter, stay with us. We go to bed early and that does not mean we do not want you to come back late at night but please avoid making noise when you do. We are lovely people who have a good vibe between us which is something that our guests can feel. We warmly welcome you to Copenhagen and hope that the city will be as kind to you as our house will! ☺
Getting Around (Transport)
I suggest biking (easiest & cheapest). You can rent a bike in almost any bike shop. Otherwise there is Bus, train & metro fairly close. Take an almost free taxi the first time you use Uber. Download the Uber app and when signing up, type in “guillaumek5” under the promo code. You will then receive up to 100 DKK (14 EUR) on your first trip.
Cancella la prenotazione fino a 7 giorni prima del viaggio per ottenere un rimborso del 50%. Puoi cancellare la prenotazione anche entro 7 giorni dal tuo arrivo, ma non riceverai alcun rimborso.
