Welcome to our green oasis in the middle of Nyköping!
A hidden gem close to the city center and the harbour.
The charming house from the 1890s has a big garden and is nicely located by the river opposite the historical Old Castle "Nyköpingshus".
A private room with a large double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, two chairs and a desk. Next to your room is your own bathroom with shower, privately located in a secluded part of our spacious flat.
The stylish 2000 sqft/185 sqm apartment is airy with high ceilings and decorated in harmony with the historical house, much of the old furniture has its own story to tell. In the living room an open fireplace can be enjoyed from a large comfortable sofa.
In the dining room, next to our large kitchen, you are welcome to join us for a traditional Swedish breakfast. If the weather is nice we can move out to the long veranda overlooking the river and the garden.

Staffan & Sylvie-Ann Palm
We are a family living in a fabulous flat by the river in the small town of Nyköping, one hour south of Stockholm, Sweden.
Sylvie-Ann is a professional fire fighter.
Staffan is an engineering consultant with a bunch of side businesses:
- a fire artist (eating, juggling and dancing with fire)
- running the company Salza Fire Gear selling fire equipment all over the world.
- giving sea kayaking classes and guiding kayak tours.
- selling extraordinary and odd musical instruments, for example kalimbas.
We both like adventurous traveling, learning about new cultures and meeting people. Adventures can also be found next door. Preferably outdoors. We enjoy kayaking in the beautiful archipelago. When the water turns to ice we go long distance skating or skiing.
Siri is the youngest member, born in June 2015.
Malve was added to our family in August 2013.
Having kids means the adventures are generally found even closer to home. They like having guests and might invite you to play!
