This ultra cozy and contemporary furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath unit combines a functional living area with all the basic amenities for a couple or traveling professional.
The actual condominium community is a small home owners community with only 28 units, so has minimal in-and out traffic and is clean and well maintained. All residents and guests are working professionals with just a few small families as all units in this community are either 1 or 2 bedroom units.

Prior to check in to answer any questions, set up door lock access and alarm code.

Once you arrive, we will need a copy of your ID to check you in. We will also check up on you within your first 2 days and after the first week to make sure you are settling in well. You will always have access to the onsite property manager when required.

For someone who wants to stay for a few days, it could work. Rick has been quite responsive and helpful in all steps of checking in and helping out whenever needed. However, We faced 1 entire day of water outage, and 2 days of no hot water. The location seems a bit shady, and so are a few people who reside in these condos. The apartment was pretty cramped up. It's not for 2 people. The apartment community looked like it had had no maintainence or cleaning since a long time. The stairways, entrance to the apartment, everything has spider webs. I have to say that the inside of the apartment was clean and cozy, with the exception of a couple of mosquitos here and there. All in all, I wouldn't strongly recommend this place to other travelers. Rick does have a few more properties which are in better locations. But this one is priced too high for its value. We could have adjusted with everything else, but the water issue was a buster, and probably expected, given that these apartments are quite old.

Appy, your review is pretty harsh, considering I informed you and the other guests of a broken water pipe issue that we got resolved. Given that a number of the things you mentioned were never brought up during your stay, you never gave us an opportunity to address them. Specifically, 1. Never heard anything about mosquitoes from you. 2. Never heard that your section of the building had cob webs and/or spider webs or this would have been expeditiously addressed. Having said that, I was reviewing our message thread and realized, you were probably seeking a better rate price-wise, and know you probably searched around before coming back to finally rent from us after your initial inquiry. I am sorry I couldn't help much on price or options, because our Summer's are unfortunately our busiest period. I offered you the only option I had given the timeframe for your stay. For fully furnished units in the metroplex, we consider our rates competitive especially for the Summer months. Again, I am sorry I could not go much lower than our prices as you had initially requested. Hope you find something more budget friendly next time.

We are new to Texas and were looking for a pet friendly place to rent while house hunting. Rick's place was very comfortable. Plenty of parking (which had been an issue for us before), a king size bed, and a really nice shower. He also upgraded his cable package while we were there, which made things all the more comfortable.

Rick's little condo was the perfect place for me to stay in town while I was having my house renovated. It's a convenient location, and safe. As a single lady, I walked my dog around the neighborhood daily/nightly and felt comfortable. Rick was easy to work with and accommodating of changes in my schedule and allowing my pets to stay. A very good experience!

Rick was an absolute star, we were very fortunate to meet him in advance of our stay and so instantly knew we were going to have a fabulous time. The flat was a definite wow factor, met all of our expectations and more, especially having a washing machine and dryer, allowed me to go home with a lot less washing in my suitcase. A really comfy bed and fabulous space so we could work from the flat as well during our stay. A really safe area, great parking facilities, great pool and perfect for all the local amenities. I would most definitely recommend to anyone staying in the DFW area.

The listing description was very accurate. The condo was clean and comfortable. Rick was very responsive with correspondence and followed up after the stay. We enjoyed our time there along with the pool area. The location was very convenient to the highways and airport.
