Descrizione

This modern detached family house has lovely views and is located in Hatton Park. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 6 people (max. 8 in extra beds) and two babies can sleep comfortably. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove and a open plan kitchen & dining area.

There are 3 double bedrooms, two with double beds one with a bunk bed as well as one nursery with a cot bed. The master bedroom has an en suite bath and shower, the second bedroom has en suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom for the third bedroom.

Downstairs is a very spacious lounge with a wood burning stove and a open plan kitchen and dining area. There is also a playroom (that can also be used as an extra bedroom with either a pullout camping bed or/and a mattress) and a spacious toilet with changing facilities. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in a small utility room as well.

Kitchen is FULLY equipped with dishwasher, cooker / oven, microwave, toasters, blender, plus fridge and freezers etc.

Wifi available in the whole house. Clean sheets and towels are provided.

Large garden with a sandpit and with beautiful views of the country side. A west facing patio with garden furniture is accessed from the lounge and kitchen/dinning room.

The entire home and the gardens surrounding the house. Driveway providing ample parking for at least 2 cars.

We will be away during this period but have a contact person who will be able to show you around the house.

The house is situated in a cul-de-sac and is about 10min walk from Hatton Locks on the Grand union canal and five min drive to Hatton Country World. It’s also less than 3 miles from Warwick with its awe inspiring mediaeval castle and just 10 miles from Stratford upon Avon, home of the world famous Royal Shakespeare Company.

Oxford and the Cotswolds are 30-45 minutes by car. Central London is just 80 minutes train ride distance and Birmingham 30 minutes.

The surrounding countryside offers excellent opportunities for walks while the local lanes are ideal for exploring by bicycle.

On the other side of the garden is a playground and there is also a small shop a couple of minutes walk from the house.

There are good bus links into Warwick and Leamington Spa as well as a direct bus to Warwick Parkway train station (about 10 min away) with access to London Marylebone and Birmingham.

We live in this property with our three children so there will be clothes in wardrobes, some photos on walls, personal nick knacks in drawers etc, etc. But we make every effort to de-personalise our home ready for you to use it. The house will be very clean and tidy and we hope you will be comfortable and cosy here

6 adult guest and two babies sleeps comfortably. Upon request we can also accommodate 2 extra guests in a pullout bed and a mattress sleeping on the floor in playroom.
We apologise in advance, but we are unable to accommodate pets.
Guests should leave the property as they found it. If you break anything please let me know. Please don't strip the beds before you leave.

I felt that the house was beautiful and really met our needs. We were two families staying with very young children and the house had what we needed to ensure toddlers and adults were satisfied. Much easier than staying at a hotel!

Definitely an awesome house for a family with kids and babies, even my 11 years old daughter like the play room!! Cleanliness is 5 star standard, a lot of space for adult and kids to have a good time. One of the best house I ever stay!!

We had an excellent family holiday and the house covered everything and more of our expectations. The house was very clean and spacious. Our kids, 5,3 and 14 months were in heaven with a garden that opens up from the kitchen and a very well stocked playroom. The location is ideal with views of the valley and each day we would go on small day trips that took less than 15 minutes by car. Warwick Castle, Hatton Country World and St Nicolas Park. The Warwick Parkway was 10 minutes away and connected us to London under 2 hours so my husband could commute . Overall 5/5. We also were very lucky with the sunny waether.

We came to this house during easter and we immediately fell in love with the house. Very well kept and very clean so we could immediately settle in and feel at home! The kids loved the toy room so they were very happy too! Would definitely recommend this place.

Nous nous sentions accueillis avec chaleur, dans une magnifique maison. Nous en pouvons que recommander vivement cette location aux amoureux du Warwickshire et de l'Angleterre en général. Tant de choses à voir, une maison confortable, belle et parfaitement équipée, un voisinage charmant : ce séjour fut une réussite totale. Nous aimerions y revenir ... et rencontrer la famille qui nous a confié sa maison.
