1 double bed in a charming terraced house located in East London. Hidden gem with a rooftop!
- 4 mins walk to Plaistow Station/10min Westfield Stratford
- Close to City Airport, ExCel, Liverpool St, St Paul's, Canary Wharf

Light, clean, spacious double bed is private and quiet, perfect for a goodnight's sleep after a long tiring day that London has to offer. The best part is the private roof top and free off street parking. The bed is a Double sized upholstered bed with clean fresh sheets and towels. The total capacity of this house for guests is 6 people. Please check with me whether all rooms are available, if you are travelling as a group.

Your room(s), kitchen and the lounge. In summer also the roof top (upon the host's consent). Laundry + detergent is available at an additional charge.
Please note, the house is in a close distance to rail, however all windows are a double and triple glazed and the area is off-street silent with minimum noise

Suitable for working professionals, travellers. No kids, family and party people please

At our guests’ disposal
Beside your own room you may use shared bathroom, shower, living room, kitchen and the garden.
In the kitchen there is a kettle, cooker, oven, washing machine, fridge.
• Room cleaning, bath towels and bed linen
• Strictly No Smoking, no exceptions. Use of large amount of alcoholic drinks and other intoxicants in the house is strictly prohibited.
• Rest hours
There are no restrictions as to what time guests can come and go. It is common courtesy to be quiet if you are returning late at night. I would kindly ask you to avoid any noise between 11 pm and 7 am. Also please avoid noise pollution during day time too. As other guests might be having rest at this time.
• Damages
Please inform me of any damaged item so that we can repair or exchange it. Wilful or serious damages will be charged. If you lose the keys, you will be charged for doors locks replacement.
• Not allowed
It is not allowed to use hosts address for any means and purposes. This has to do with prevention of fraud, opening bank accounts in the UK and a credit score impact of the host.
It is not allowed to consume food or soft drinks in your room.
It is not allowed to dry clothes on the furniture, as it can cause colour damage of surface. If you need to dry your clothes, please ask us for folding dryer. Or for a small amount I can offer you a laundry service.
• Liability for personal belongings and items of value
I disclaim any liability for personal belongings and items of value left in your room. Please lock your room when you leave the house.
•Other
Please, wipe your shoes when you enter the house. Do not walk with your shoes inside of the house, especially on the carpet. Do keep your space neat.
Please, do the dishes after you finish your meal, tea, snack etc.
Wi-Fi code connection will be provided when you arrive.
• Check-Out
Please leave the room before 12.00 pm on the day of departure. If you have to leave later I can store your luggage. Unless with specific consent of host, penalties may incur if staying longer due to my same day booking option.
Please write a review on the airbnb and if you were satisfied with your stay in my house then let your friends know. If you were not satisfied then let me know so that we can improve this accommodation

Very effective and fast communication! Clear instructions, easy to find, friendly service. The place is very clean and comfortable. Tamara was extremely helpful regarding all the questions that I had about transportation or other local issues. A good place to stay when visiting London Excel.

Die Unterkunft ist vom preis völlig in Ordnung, es ist alles sauber. Mit einen Fußweg von gut 3 Minuten kommt man zur Underground und zum Bus, Kleinigkeiten zum einkaufen hat man auch gleich um die ecke. Und total nette Leute.

Warm welcome, clean confortable appartement, close to public transport. Tamara is very attentive and poliye host. Everything's perfect ! Recommended!
