This beautiful mountain home, located in one of Deer Valley's most desirable neighborhoods, is the perfect place to spend your family vacation or weekend getaway. Easy access to charming Park City, world class skiing, snowboarding and over 400+ miles of bike trails.

L'alloggio

Located less than a mile from Snow Park Lodge at the base of the Deer Valley Resort, this 4BD/4BA townhouse is perfectly situated for guests to enjoy easy access to world class skiing, mountain biking and the Sundance Film Festival.

Deer Valley’s Snow Park Lodge is an easy three minute drive, or during ski season, take the complimentary shuttle.

Spending the day on the mountain at Park City, The Lodge at Mountain Village is less than a 10 minute drive away.

The property sleeps 10 people comfortably and is the perfect place to host a large family or friend get-together.

Features include a fully equipped kitchen, hardwood floors, stone fireplace, washer and dryer, jetted tubs, private outdoor hot tub, private garage and complimentary wireless Internet.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed & en-suite bathroom.

The second, third & forth bedrooms all have queen size beds, with plenty of closet space throughout.

Each of the four bedrooms features comfortable mattresses, quality linens & pillows.

Crib and highchair are available on request.

*Principle renter must be over the age of 25 and occupy the property for the entire rental period.

*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.

*No pets allowed.

*No smoking is allowed in or around the property.

Property may not be sublet or used for any purpose other than lodging, as described in the reservation request.

The property is fully furnished, including bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, Internet and furnishings unless otherwise specified.

The property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. Please leave the property tidy, run the dishwasher and take out the trash.

All utilities and heating of the hot tub are included in rental rate, with the following exceptions:
Cable TV purchases will be billed to the guest at the end of the rental period.

Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage to the property. The following will be enforced, in accordance with all State and local law:

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees.

If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.

If any sign of glass is discovered in the hot tub Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning and drainage fee.

If the garage door opener is not returned during check-out Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $200.00 for replacement.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, the property manager has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.

Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes property manager to charge guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.

This place is awesome! Kara is a great host and has everything you need plus more! The house is great and fit all of our needs perfectly! Great place to come back to after a long day of hiking, rafting and other recreational activities. We can't wait to come back some day. We highly recommend this great stay!

This is a beautiful condo, secluded from the busier areas of Park City. A perfect place for a family vacation. Kara is a great host. I would highly recommend!

Nice well kept tidy condo with lots of bedspace and nice common area for cooking and entertainment. Shuttle to Deer Valley from the driveway was a bonus. Easy to get town shuttle from there. Hot tub - another bonus!

Kara couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. Her home was perfect for our family...great amenities/location..I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again

Nice stay in a quiet location. We booked it at the very last minute because weather ruined our original trip plans.

This townhouse is a great value with 3 bedrooms each with private bath upstairs and 1 bedroom on the main floor. Beds were comfortable with nice linen. Water pressure and hot water were plentiful. The location is ideal. 3 minutes to the base of Deer Valley Resort and 10 minutes to all the restaurants and shops on Main Street Park City. The Kichen was well equipped and there is a big screen TV above the fireplace. We would stay there again the next time we ski the Wasatch!
