Walking distance to Soho, Escalator and Central. Bus Stop downstairs going to Causeway Bay, Wanchai and Kowloon.
Very Comfortable with a big L-shaped sofa with a piano and lots of books on the bookshelf (mainly history). Swimming Pool as well.

It's very easy to recommend Jason as a host. He provided by far the best Airbnb experience I had to date, by not only having great comms, but even going as far as picking me up from the station in a cab (which he paid for!). The place is in airbnb style, live at the host's place, which I always appreciate. As for the place itself, it's as per the pictures, meaning it's ok-good, don't expect a palace, but then again it's not sold as one. The aircon worked well, the internet was fast, the place was clean. I have no reason to complain. Location wise, it's as described too, meaning it's a bit far from the center, but in mid level you'll always have that problem (read: I hope you like taking the stairs in humid heat). Nothing to do be done about this, that's HK for you, it's part of the experience. Recommended.
I loved Jason's place. I immediately felt at home when I arrived at his flat. Jason was really patient, even though communication on my end was not the greatest. He also made last minute accommodations for me. Lastly, he has an amazing view and book collection at his place. Thanks for letting me stay at your home. I'd come back again!
The space was great. Big L shaped couch that can sleep 2 if needed. Jason keeps the place tidy, however the trash was full when we arrived. We never met Jason, nor did he tell us which room he was in or leave a key at the desk, so we had to speak with the lady at the desk to figure out which room and then found the key by the door luckily since Jason was not responding to our messages. Kitchen is pretty small but functional. Washer but no dryer. No tv, but we wouldn't have used it anyway. Piano is a nice touch and the 5th floor terrace and pool was very nice with great views of the city. Located in a very upscale neighborhood however about a 10 minute walk to the MTR.
I have stayed at Jason's apartment twice, and it has been perfect. Jason is welcoming and accommodating; he even leaves food and drinks for me when I arrive. The apartment is located in one of my favourite areas in HK, and it is exactly as described. There is a beautiful piano in the apartment, a nice swimming pool downstairs, lots books, AC, and all the mysteries of HK within walking distance.
