This is a walk up building with the apartment on the fourth floor. A HUGE and spacious one bedroom with french doors leading from the living area to the bedroom. The apartment easily accommodates 4 people as there is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and room for the queen sized airbed in the living room. Just a few minutes walk from the 4,5 and 6 trains and MTA buses. Also central to everything New York City has to offer the discerning traveller and tourist. You will not be disappointed!!!

Subway and bus stops are all within three blocks: 4,5 and 6 train and the M15, M15S, M101, M102 buses.
Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PARTIES. ONLY the number of guests reserved may stay at the apartment (maximum 2 adults and 2 small children or the full security deposit will be forfeited).
$50 fee for lost keys.
No eating or storing food in bedroom.
The check-out time is noon. If no guests are checking in the same day then you may leave at a later time with my permission.
