Quiet street, ground floor room for ONE person, in warm eccentric family home. The room is modest but spacious, with old vintage furniture (and no need for a security deposit) a large table, a beautiful old coat rack with hangers but no closet. The bed is comfortable with a fluffy pure down duvet and quality cotten linens. The feeling in the house is eclectic, bohemian, cozy, laid back, would suit an informal person looking for character rather than luxury.
Quiet off street house yet yards from all the action. The room is modest, but of a good size, very efficient AC/heating. However it is on the ground floor next to kitchen and hallway and although we are not noisy, you will hear the fairly hushed sounds of family life sometimes, most predictably between 7.15 and 7.45 on a school day. On street parking is available with my visitors parking permits, and spots are fairly easy to find.Honest reviews are really helpful.
Guests can use the kitchen and garden as they please. If you would like breakfast (included with the price) let me know, I used to work with the local artisan food vendors and would delight in showing off my favorite granolas, bagels, yoghurts, breads, jams etc

As much or as little as I sense you like.
Altre cose da evidenziare
The room has 2 doorways, one locks but the other is a set of sliding doors which work but are imperfect and may feel a little flimsy
to those wanting solid privacy. There is a little guest bathroom beside the room which is for your exclusive use but to shower you would use either one of the upstairs bathrooms which are cleaned daily. In the summer windows and doors are often open, which means you might encounter a fly or a spider, nothing at all menacing.
Not really any house 'rules'
