I value my guests' privacy but I am a very out going person who loves to share some kava with my tenants. Whatever works for you :)
Altre cose da evidenziare
All utilities included during non-heating season. Gas bill is shared among occupants during the heating season proportionate to the room size. Due to a review I guarantee that rational use of heating ensures acceptable bills. Acceptable in Croatia means HRK 700 to HRK 1000 per month. And we all have sweaters right? :)
In abundance of false advertising on this site in terms of "quality of service" people think they offer bona fide, I can safely say as a globetrotter and MBA grad that the path to a pleasurable experience in an unfamiliar surroundings has to do with the comfort, vibe, the people you live with. I seek to host those who (and those usually turnout to be frequent travelers and art students:) appreciate accommodation which has soul, energy, spaciousness, feeling of freedom without resembling an ikea catalogue. Needless to say, my rooms meet the living standards and I am kind of a legalist-freak in that way. However, with minor modern adjustments I managed to preserve that soul of the flat that has been in my family for a long time, keeping some of my grandmother's 60s furniture combined with modern furniture necessary to work, sleep etc. The building is a 19th century protected site and an Austro Hungarian legacy - I am happy I can give you the opportunity to feel like you are in a different, slower, relaxed time.
First and foremost, we must be respectful of our fellow tenants. This means no loud music or guests after 10 pm unless others say it is okay. Friends in flat are okay during day time.
Please respect the no-shoe policy in the apartment.
Try to keep common rooms tidy (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, hallway) in a manner that it doesn't need cleaning after you. Wash and put away dishes immediately after you have eaten. Do not leave crumbs on the floor, counter or table. "Unapetitlich" and a heaven for ants.
You can smoke in your rooms because they are spacious, but please keep the window open. While at the subject, do not leave windows open when you leave the house because of sudden storms which usually smash the windows.
Wipe floor after showering and bear in mind that you are not the only one using the bathroom, time-wise and otherwise :)
Work between yourselves the costs and procurement of washing liquid and toilet paper, kitchen towels etc.
Do not suffocate wifi with constant torrenting and streaming, others are using it too. Try to download at night until the morning.
The trash container is in the backyard, right of the entrance and then left.
Do not forget to take the keys when you leave the flat, otherwise you will not be able to come in.
Be amicable to your fellow roommates in order to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. If there is a problem, try to work it out between yourselves and I will mediate in unsolvable situations.
and lastly, please respect that family legacy is of sentimental value to me, I live there most of my life, and I would be so happy if you could take care of the place like it was yours, trust me, you won't regret it, the place will return the love to you :)
Thanks for reading this, I think we are going to get along!
