I was troubled though to hear of the issues that you have kindly highlighted, concerning arrival's arrangements and TV.
I am really sorry for any inconvenience them had caused.
It was very unfortunate that our pre-arrival e-mail, sent on 3/8/16, with all the necessary information concerning also key's location / collection had never reached you. That could had saved your first day's hassle.
It is also sad that property's owner, even though was informed on time about TV's issue, didn't manage to repair it rapidly and I feel obliged to ask sincere apologies for your disappointment, but I thank you warmly for your kindness to report.
