The luxury and comfortable apartment has free WiFi, luxuries kitchen with high end appliances, LCD TV with DVD player in the living room and one LCD tv in a bedroom.
The luxury apartments in category B are fitted with wooden floors, internet connections (free of charge), LCD TV with DVD player in the living room and in at least one of the bedrooms, luxury furniture, luxury kitchen with Miele dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hot plate and fridge-freezer, Senseo and electric kettle, bathroom with bath and/or shower, separate toilet, balcony or terrace, two bedrooms with double beds and an extra bed in the bed- or living room.

Arrival time: From 3 pm
Departure time: 10 am at the latest
Arrival/departure day: Saturday, unless otherwise indicated or agreed
Children: Crib/Highchair (indicated when booking)
Pets: Not allowed

Expenses to be paid before arrival (Mandatory):
- Bed linen and towels € 16,- per set per person.
- Final cleaning fee of € 130,-
Expenses to be paid at location (Mandatory):
- Tourist Tax of € 1,80,- p.p.p.d.
- Deposit € 300,- per apartment
- (Optional): Please be informed, that if, you do not have enough towels, you can order new ones at the reception. A small towel will costs € 1,50,- extra each and a large towel will costs € 2,50,- extra each.
If you want new and clean linen, you can buy these at the reception for € 8,-

Cancellation must take place in writing within 3 days of the event which has caused the trip to be (partially) cancelled. Cancellations for reservations for which the departure date is within 3 weeks may be passed on by the person who made the booking. You must then confirm the cancellation in writing.
If an agreement is cancelled, the person travelling is liable for the following cancellation costs in addition to any reservation costs owed:
I. Cancellation up to the 42nd day (exclusive) before the date of departure: the down payment
II. Cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day (exclusive) before the date of departure: 60% of the cost of the trip
III. Cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) to the date of departure: 90% of the cost of the trip
IV. Cancellation on the day of departure or later: The entire cost of the trip
