This original Byron Bay cottage has been creatively restored with a classic retro style. An extensive use of stained glass windows combined with polished timber floors has captured the true charm of the era. There are 3 bedrooms plus a convertible fourth bedroom that is utilised as a sun room with daybed unless required. There are king beds in 2 rooms, a double plus a single in the 3rd room and a double in the sun room/4th. The kitchen boasts an original old fireplace that has been utilised as a central feature and functional cooktop. Huge French doors and a bi fold servery open to the extensive rear deck which overlooks the massive private yard and lawns shaded by our very own rainforest.

For guests with unverified ID we will send you a registration document and terms and conditions which we will expect to be agreed to before sending final entry details.
We expect sensibility and respect at all times. This is a residential area. No noise on outside decks after 10 pm. We expect the property to be left tidy and check in and outs to be as agreed.
1.The premises are let to you for holiday purposes during the period stated on your itinerary . Consideration for our neighbours is of major importance as this is a residential area.
2.The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons shown on your itinerary. Parties or gatherings over 8 persons are not permitted.
3.A security company manages terms and conditions re the property and their phone number is displayed. A call out for security incurs a $150 fee. Security is in place for the benefit of the tenant, the lessor and the neighbours. Security call outs may result in termination of letting.
3.The holiday house will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged. A late penalty fee may be charged.
4.The premises are to be kept clean and tidy at all times and left in a clean and tidy condition including BBQ. Failure to do so will incur an extra cleaning charge.
5.A $1000 security bond is in place.
6.Keys can be collected via meet and greet where possible or from a coded safebox at entry to property. Lost keys incur a $40 charge as does a call out for misplaced keys.
7.No pets are permitted on the property without prior arrangement.
8.The tenant will pay for any damage to property or furnishings.
9.No tenant or guest shall partake in behaviour that is a nuisance to adjoining neighbours at any time. No noise must be heard from outdoor areas after 10pm each evening.
10.Security bonds will not be transacted providing no damage, security call outs , extensive cleaning or excess garbage removal is required.
Any breach of the above holiday letting terms can result in the owner terminating the letting.
