we appreciate your kind words about the general conditions of the room. We're so very sorry that you experienced the unfortunate incident in the bathroom. We would like to reassure you, that I contacted my staff, to immediately inspect and NOT rent the room, until it's all taken cared of and treated to ensure that it's sound for our next guests. Our entire building is regularly treated inside and out and maintained to ensure that our guests experience the highest quality stay, as you can appreciate from all the other comments but once in a while we get random unwanted visitors or maintenance issues... For humidity, we have Dry Ease dehumidifiers in every room but with so many rooms, it' might have gotten overlooked, as it runs it's cycle, it needs to be plugged and unplugged. As for the noise, I assure you, that must of been an isolated occasion, it's usually very peaceful at that time of night. We're truly sorry and I'm not trying to justify all this but there's not much we can do after you leave. We always mention to our guests, to PLEASE address all issues, to staff while on-site being our guests' satisfaction is our MAIN priority and if you gave us that opportunity, I assure you, we would have gone the extra mile and beyond to make things right, at that time, as the BEST solution...
