Our newly renovated small apartment has a balkony with beautiful sea view, independent entrance and private parking . Nestled in the beautiful stillness of Leivi , is just 3 km from the beaches of Chiavari . It is ideal for a couple or for a family. We offer free internet wifi connection.

We have bought and completely renovated this small apartment in winter 2015. It is a two bedroom apartment in a small building. It had a double bedroom and a double sofabed in the living room with kitchenette
I suggest it especially for a couple but it is fine also for a family.
Please note: to reach the parking space t there is a steep road down of a few meters . From the parking area you have a few steps to reach the apartment.

Please let me know at what time you will approximately arrive and send me a sms half an hour before your arrival and we will be there to welcome you. We live 5 kms from Belvedere apartment and we will be there for any necessity.
