Stay in a charming two bed, one bath furnished 600 sq. foot guest house just minutes on foot from the Walmart Home Office, Crystal Bridges or the Square. Has private backyard, full kitchen, Keurig, W/D, cable TV, HBO and wireless Internet.
The Guest House is behind the main home with plenty of parking and a private backyard where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of downtown Bentonville. But you're only steps away from brewpubs, restaurants, the museum, the Walmart Home Office and more! House sleeps 6 (queen bed, full bed and sofa bed). There is a breakfast bar where you can have your morning coffee while watching TV. All new furniture (no hand-me-downs!) adorns this space, so you'll feel at home. The space is 600 square feet, so you'll have room to feel comfortable.
You will have your own private area, including your own private fenced backyard! Shared parking in the back. Plenty of room to fit several cars.

We are pet-friendly, but we do require a $10 pet fee. Please let us know a bit about your pet when booking and we will include the fee upon accepting the reservation. "Surprise" pets will require a $50 pet fee.
We do have an adorably lovable English setter/black Labrador mix named Olivia. She stays inside but when we let her out for exercise she may want to say hello from our adjoining yard! She loves belly rubs and pets from our guests!
Reminder: Airbnb requires that guests who book a property actually stay on the property (i.e. no middle men). We only rent to actual guests; not friends/family/coworkers, etc., who are booking on behalf of others.
We're pretty laid back people, so we just want you to have fun!
