1920s full remodel bungalow located on a quiet street between Highlands Square and Tennyson St in Denver's latest "it" neighborhood of the Highlands. Area is overflowing with trendy restaurants, bars and shops! We're family friendly and love hosting.

This is the entire first floor of this fully renovated 1920s bungalow. You will not be sharing this space with anyone, but we like you to be aware that we live in the basement apartment with our toddler and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. The space includes a master bedroom with ensuite bath, a guest room, and as well as a half bath. A fully stocked all new kitchen with eat in bar. Open concept living room, dining room and work area with modern designer furnishings and 42" flat screen TV. We are located in a family friendly neighborhood within walking distance of Sloan's Lake, lots of parks, bus stops, bike rental, locally owned restaurants, bars, shops and art galleries. There is free street parking if you have a car. The city does street sweeping on third Thursday and Friday of the month, but we will let you know if your stay falls on these dates.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a plush pillow top Beautyrest mattress and down comforter. The closet has extra hangers and an iron and ironing board. There is also a wardrobe for extra storage. This is a light, airy, and comfortable room.

The all new master bathroom ensuite includes:
-Modern shower with glass enclosure
-Sink
-plush bath linens
-hair dryer
-toiletries in case you forgot something
-Puj tub infant bathtub

The guest room has a twin size day bed with foam mattress and down comforter. There is an adorable armchair and shelving unit for storage. This is the perfect room for a single guest or a child.

Additional bed is a brand new deep queen size air mattress with built in pump and down comforter. Please request ahead of time and we will have it set up for you.

Half bath includes:
-Sink
-toilet
-plush bath linens

The all new kitchen includes:
-5 burner gas range
-refrigerator
-microwave
-large sink
-Keurig coffee maker with a variety of coffee/tea pods
-Fully stocked high end cookware including: Le Creuset, Kitchen Aid and All-Clad
-Dishes, drink ware and flatware

We offer a list of item for you to choose from to have waiting for you when you get here. Don’t see your favorite gluten free snack or milk alternative for your morning coffee? Just ask and we will try to be as accommodating as possible. We are fortunate to have Sprouts farmers market 5 blocks away. Upon finalizing your reservation, we will send you a menu of snacks and drinks to choose from. We ask for your order to be emailed back 24 hours prior to check in.

The front porch includes:
-sunbrella day bed and pillows
-dinning table seats 2
-2 dinning chairs with pillows
-awesome outside area to enjoy people watching and a glass of wine

Need something washed? Just like at a hotel, let us know and we will have it washed and back to you within 24 hours for an additional charge per load.

We will have keys available for you upon arrival and you will go in and out the front door.

We are happy to have as much or as little interaction with our guest as they prefer. Generally, we find that guest like their privacy, but are always available to answer questions or give recommendations. We LOVE living in this neighborhood and want you to love it too.

Take advantage of all that Denver and the surrounding areas have to offer and stay at this home away from home. We love to host guests and try to provide all the comforts of a swanky hotel. We are also very family friendly, and tried to including amenities to make your stay with a little one a bit easier!

We have two small Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. They are very friendly, calm and cuddly. You probably won't see them, but if you do they love meeting new people. We make every effort to keep them quiet.

We are happy for you to have a few people over, but no parties. We live in a family friendly neighborhood and want to respect the others that are around us.

- We live in the basement apartment, we ask that you respect the property and neighbors as if they were your own.
- Sadly, no pets allowed.
- We are 420 friendly, but only outside. Please clean up after yourself. We have a lot of families with small children that stay, as well as our own toddler and 2 small dogs.
- No cigarette smoking on property
- If something is broken, not working or just not quite right, please let us know as soon as possible so it can be remedied

My Wife and I love to travel. We moved to Denver from Atlanta in 2013 on a whim and have loved everything Colorado has to offer. We love trying new restaurants, going to outdoor concerts at Red Rocks, hiking and walking to our family friendly neighborhood hot spots with the baby and dogs.
We love hosting family and friends when they come to visit. That is what lead us to Airbnb. We are happy to help guest make the most of their stay. We tried to make our space feel like comfortable hotel.
