Be aware the flat shares a wall with another unit. The wall is double layered for soundproofing but we ask that you remain at a decent noise level while in the space and respect those next door.
Please no parties. You are booking the space for the number of people described in your reservation. If you need to host more people than those in your group we ask that you check in with us ahead of time.
No smoking (of any kind) within the flat. Please smoke outside and make sure doors and windows are shut.
