Very beautiful riad, stilish and clean! We had a great time at Goloboy! Fantastic colors, great food and very kind staff. Position is perfect: between medina and kashba, 10 minutes walking from each, in a very quiet area next to mamounia garden. Open air jacuzzi on roof top terrace is super!
Our stay here was excellent. Hamid and his team were all super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble, even arranging our airport transfer on the first day. The roof terrace is beautiful with an excellent view of the main mosque and the palm trees of the hotel Mamounia next door, sunbeds, cushions and even a jacuzzi. The decor of the riad is exactly like the pictures, immaculate and stunning design. Our room was kindly upgraded to a white star covered space with excellent shower and super-comfy bed. It had everything we needed. We ate breakfast on the roof terrace everyday which was delicious and varied, fruit, yogurt, warm honey and different fresh warm homemade bread, coffee and fresh orange juice every day. We had lunch the first day which was also excellent, and three good courses. The location was central enough that you could walk to the main square in 20 mins, and was situated in a bustling neighbourhood in which we came to recognise some friendly local families whilst we were staying there. We would definitely stay there again. We'd like to thank the whole team for being so charming and accommodating to us, we hope to see you again soon!
Getting there was tricky but Hamid showed us the way to the Riad, which is 10 minutes walk from the Koutobia Mosque. Thanks to Anmin, Hamid and the lady who made us breakfast and dinners during our stay. We only met the owner once, but no need as the staff are capable of handling your requests. Its very safe to walk through the neighborhood even at 2am. The Riad is well maintained, Loved the terrace roof and the Jacuzzi. BB room was beautiful, the only downside is no shower, we have to sit in the bath every time we want to shower and its hard with no curtains to stop splashing the water around. Apart from that, we had a love time at Riad Goloboy, I would recommend it.
We did not have the chance to meet Maud, but what I can say is that the the Riad is beautiful! Not to far from the Jemaa El Fna, 10 minutes walking. At first glance the neighbourhood seemed to be intimidating, but then we found it familiar and friendly. The rooms are really nice, and the breakfast amazing! The staff was also really helpful. We did not find the jacuzzi ready/proper to be used, anyway, we were always out and the weather was not as hot as it was suppose to be in May. It is a lovely Riad, brand new, and you will not regret to stay here!
