Toby's place was great. Perfect for two couples. The best part is the location, literally 5 minutes away from Seven Dials and few minutes more to Covent Garden. We walked to everywhere from Soho to Marylebone. The apartment itself was very clean and as pictured. The only small issue we had was that the shower water pressure is extremely weak, basically a "hard trickle" so this was something that bothered us only slightly. Does get a bit noisy at night with the Cross Keys bar nearby. Overall great stay and really worth it!

The living room is small but fully satisfactory for two people and the kitchen is well equipped. There are two bedrooms with great beds, so we used the second as a dressing room. A luxury! Sheets and towels are of good quality and cleanliness impeccable. The negative point was the elevator that was fixed only on the last day of our 2 week stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Betterton apartment. It is just as you see in the photos—tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, good size fridge and freezer, combined washer/dryer. It's on the third floor with an elevator, at the end of the walkway. There are even a couple of chairs outside so you can have your morning coffee or tea in the sun. It’s on a quiet street but an easy walk to restaurants, theater and tourist sites. Sainsbury supermarket is nearby for when we wanted to cook for ourselves. The Covent Garden underground station is only a few minutes walk. With an elevator down to the train plus about 10 stairs, it is an easy way to travel to Heathrow airport. It was great to work with Toby. When a problem came up in the apartment before our arrival he handled it all very professionally and fixed it quickly so it wouldn’t interfere with our stay. He was very responsive in his communication and it was a pleasure to work with him. We would be happy to stay here or in one of his other apartments in the future.

Lovely space and excellent location being very near the tube. Although it is situated in a bustling neighbourhood, it is tucked nicely in a peaceful corner for a good night's sleep. Apartment was clean, modern and looked exactly like in the photos. Toby made communication seamless. Would greatly recommend this place to anyone!

Toby was very quick to answer email prior to arrival and while I stayed at the apartment. Check-in and check-out was very efficient. The interior of the apartment is just like the photos and is appropriately sized for a couple with a child with . I found the beds to be quite comfortable and all the appliances worked fine. It was nice to have a washer/dryer combo. In all, I found this apartment to be a good value for the price.
